This 3bed 2bath main floor rental unit is in the ideal location for visiting Logan, Utah. It's perfectly situated near Downtown, USU, and the mouth of Logan Canyon. It's located in the 'Island' neighborhood, surrounded by mature trees, walking paths, and parks. You'll have the entire main floor of the home with your own private entry. Great kitchen, dining room, in unit W/D, living room with a dedicated workspace. Please be aware that there are two units in the basement (completely separate entrances). We ask all guest to be respectful of their noise levels, but if you'd prefer your own space or tend to be noisy, we'd advise book elsewhere.
We live close by and are available if you need it! Most guest prefer a more hands off experience with self-check in, but we are happy to meet you and let you in should you prefer it!

I’m an ecologist for a environmental consulting firm. I currently live in Logan, Utah, with my partner Dan. We love traveling and stay in Airbnbs often.
We purchased the home in 2024, but it was an Airbnb for several years before we bought it and we are learning a lot! I tend to worry or overthink about everything, we just hope everyone enjoys there stay!

Why they chose this property
Great location. It's centrally located near downtown, USU, and the mouth of Logan Canyon in an area called the 'Island'. It's also very close to other attractions such as the Logan LDS temple and Tabernacle.
What makes this property unique
Great walking trails and parks near by. Located on Canyon Road, which is a very popular road for walkers, joggers, and bicyclists as it is very scenic.
