Spacious 3BR 2BA Home - Centrally Located Near USU and Downtown

Welcome to your home away from home in Logan, Utah. This private, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom main-floor rental sits in the centrally located "Island" neighborhood, perfectly situated between the Utah State University and Downtown.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, cozy beds with extra linens, blankets, and pillows. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, dedicated workspace, A/C, and all the essentials you need to complete your stay.

You’ll be steps from walking trails, parks, and minutes from downtown eateries, the Logan LDS Temple, and the Utah State University campus. Check yourself in with our secure keyless lock and stretch out with two dedicated driveway parking spots and plenty of off-street parking if needed.

Please be aware that there are two basement apartments below this unit (with completely different entrances) and we respect quiet hours (10pm - 8am).

Entire main level of a home that has a spacious and open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Was recently renovated, but still has some mid-century charm. Has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dedicated workspace. Hard surface floors throughout (LVP), all bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds and fans.

All essentials provided; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. If you run out during your stay we will gladly provide more (no ‘starter pack’ we keep it well stocked!).

VERY HAPPY with our stay. This was a last minute trip. The host were easy to communicate with and great to work with. It felt like a home away from home and was exactly what we needed. We were so happy with out stay and would recommend.

It was very clean and spacious. The communication with the host was fantastic. The check out process was very easy. I just wish check out was at 11 am instead of 10. Overall a good place to stay.

Clean and Affordable

Attending a wedding reception so we only stayed for one night. It was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and affordable. I was clean and modern and comfortable beds!

Great property, beautifully designed and very functional layout, very well stocked supplies. It was very easy to check in and the host was very responsive, professional and courteous. Despite the house being on a moderately fast road, there was not much traffic and we enjoyed convenient proximity to downtown, USU, grocery stores and parks. Walking distance to historic locations, and beautifully kept Merlin Olsen Central Park.

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures and description are accurate. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a good selection of cookware and spices. The area is very walkable. Nearby paths lead to the lake and University. This was our second time staying here, and we plan to come back.

Great location walking distance to park

We were in town for the USU graduation and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment had everything we needed and was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. They even provided an assortment of coffee and tea. The location is fantastic, withith walking distance to a park (sidewalks the entire way) and we even walked into town a few mornings for fantastic coffee at Ibis. A short drive to campus, too!The hosts were very responsive and friendly with communication. This will be our go-to place if we return to Logan! Thank you!

We love traveling and when we do, we often stay in short-term rentals. We purchased the home in 2024, when it was already a rental and are learning a lot! I tend to worry or overthink about everything, we just hope everyone enjoys there stay!

Great location. It's centrally located near downtown, USU, and the mouth of Logan Canyon in an area called the 'Island'. It's also very close to other attractions such as the Logan LDS temple and Tabernacle.
