Récemment rénové, 3 chambres, 1. 5 ranch de bain situé .4 d'un mile à South Middle Beach et Bass River Beach. La maison est idéalement située étant la dernière maison sur une route sans issue. Il y a une chambre principale avec un lit queen, deuxième chambre a un grand lit, troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, climatisation centrale rend cette propriété très confortable pour dormir et après une longue journée à la plage. Tous les lits sont âgés de 2 ans et très confortable, le salon est équipé d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces, câble et Internet sans fil. La cuisine est équipée d'une nouvelle cuisinière à gaz, d'un four à micro-ondes, d'un nouveau réfrigérateur et de magnifiques comptoirs en granit.
Dans la cour, la maison offre une retraite très privée et tranquille ... un grand patio avec une douche extérieure surdimensionnée, un gril à gaz Weber et une grande cour idéale pour les enfants. La maison a également des planchers de bois franc et une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse superposable située juste à côté de la chambre principale .. L’emplacement est fantastique, il se trouve juste à côté de la plage et également très proche de la RT. 28 offrant une excellente proximité avec Stop and Shop, plusieurs restaurants, un mini-golf, des glaces, des magasins d’alcool, car c’est une voie sans issue où il n’ya pratiquement aucune voiture ce qui la rend sûre pour les activités des enfants ..
Un nouveau foyer a été ajouté à la terrasse et une nouvelle allée en pierre a été installée.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here for two weeks. Great location- very close to the beach. The backyard is huge and has a nice siting area. The house is more spacious than the pictures suggested which was a nice surprise. We also loved the speaker system for a rainy movie night. All of the amenities suited our needs. The only minor comment is there was not a great deal of dresser space in the bedrooms.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful week at this property! We found it clean and liked the layout with bedrooms available on each end of the house for privacy. The backyard w/ hammock, fire pit and grill was a wonderful and safe spot for our 2 kids to run around and have a bbq. The location of this house at the end of the street and away from traffic is ideal for young kids. The toys/beach pails/shovels & chairs provided was a nice touch. Host is very responsive and polite. Would definitely come back- thank you!

Nice vacation home

We enjoyed our stay in Aug. 2022. The property description was accurate, the location was very convenient, and the air conditioning very much appreciated during a humid week. The nearby beach was also very nice and convenient. We wished we had known about the beach chairs at the house so we could've left ours at home. There were some small negatives ... 1.) there aren't any grilling utensils and I had to flip burgers with a pie server (dangerous). 2.) there weren't any pantry items in the kitchen (cooking oil, sugar, condiments, etc.). I had asked the owner about this in advance and he said they were there, but all we found were two shakers of pepper and one of salt. This may have been a miscommunication. 3.) There aren't any pot holders in the kitchen. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this listing in mind for future stays.

As for the cooking condiments,I specifically told you that we don't leave any of that stuff at the house. Please check your inbox history to see that response as I just double checked it on my end. I apologize about the pot holders, they may have gotten misplaced during the summer. I was at the property right before you and did flip some hamburgers with regular grilling utensils, so its possible they may have gotten overlooked.? Wonderful vacation home, for the second year!

We were happy to see how clean and comfortable the house is, especially due to the confinement of the last few months due to COVID. The kitchen is great to cook in, and the back yard is delightful - patio furniture and a fire pit. We could relax, go to the beach, and it had room for our bicycles, too. Lovely cottage.

Great week in the Cape

Great location, and plenty of room for family traveling with 3 teenagers! As others have commented, this rental is in quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac, but very close to Rt 28. It's less than 5 minute bike ride to the beach, and about a 10 minute walk. The house set-up was perfect for us. As others have commented, it's much more roomier than the pictures suggest. We loved having the extra 1/2 bathroom off the master bedroom. The outdoor area was great with a grill, firepit and outdoor furniture. Everyone loved the outdoor shower. It was larger than most and we were especially thankful to have the bench and extra changing room in the outdoor shower. Kevin was also easy and great to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful cottage!

We had a multi-generational family spend a delightful vacation at Kevin’s cottage. Finally- a kitchen we could really cook in! We loved the large backyard, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. A terrific cottage for a family vacation near the beach.

Loved the location, at the end of the dead end road, nice and quiet.

We really liked our stay at the property, it was really a beautiful setting with the woods around that it reminded us of home. (We live in the country). It was a perfect setting for our granddaughters to play as there was no traffic being at the end of a road. We enjoyed watching the big turkeys walk through the back yard every day and they didn't pay any attention to us. Close to the beaches was another plus. The house itself had everything we needed but kinda wished there would of been a few ceiling fans. There was one large oscillating fan we moved to children's room as they are used to sleeping with a fan. There were a couple of snafus but nothing that we couldn't work out with the owner who very quickly replied by email. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location with a nicely updated house and big yard for family activities.

Had a great time at the rental. Excellent location in between all the activities and restaurants on route 28 and easy beach access on the other side. Our daughter is now addicted to using an outdoor shower. It was great for rinsing off all the sand from the beach. The yard is quite large and private, at the end of a dead-end street. With the great ocean breeze we barely had to use the central A/C. But, we were glad it was there. A number of paper-goods that were provided were a huge help with food preparation and made cleanup that much easier. The kitchen and bathrooms appear to be recently remodeled and were well-appointed and clean. We are looking forwarding to going back very soon. Thanks for a great stay!
