We had a wonderful time in Dennis! The house was very clean and in a great location. We rode our bikes to get coffee and donuts and were just minutes from Mayflower Beach. We watched the sunset over the ocean every night! The shed was stocked with beach supplies and an outdoor shower to clean the salt and sand off. This spot is a high recommend and we cant wait to come back.

Cozy cottage

We had a beautiful stay at the cozy cottage near mayflower beach. The house was a perfect retreat for our family, just as advertised. Home was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Paul was very easy to communicate with and even checked in to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Thank you Paul! We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

Dennis vacation

Very nice. I enjoyed the sun porch the most- very peaceful and quiet and overlooking a private, wooded backyard. The home is less than 2 miles to our favorite beach, Mayflower. We love the area. Great walking and biking neighborhood. Convenient location. The owner was quickly responsive to inquiries and the rental instructions/rules/useful tips binder was concise and helpful.

All the comforts of home at the Cape!

My family and I had a great stay at Paul’s cozy cottage. The house is outfitted with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has all the tableware, cookware and extras needed. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and loads of places to put your clothes. The living room and three season porch provided lots of room for everyone find their own space. The yard with the firepit and outdoor shower topped it all off. Very Nice property. We look forward to renting again.

The perfect Cape Cod home!

This was the perfect stay. The house was actually cuter than the photos! So much space, clean and had everything we needed. The yard is beautiful and the location is perfect. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect Rental for the Occasion

Rented to stay for our daughters wedding. We weren’t looking for the Ritz just a clean well stocked place close to the venue spacious enough to accommodate us. This booking met all our needs. Would definitely book again.

Early Summer Getaway.

Paul was a great host. The house was everything we were looking for. There was Plenty of room for four adults. The Extra beach towels & beach chairs he had on hand were a bonus after the weekend weather forecast changed & it now became a weekend at the beach!
