Welcome to Terramar Cliffs – your premier destination for luxury coastal living and endless ocean views. Located just steps from the pristine sands of Terramar Beach and right off the historic Pacific Coast Highway, this exquisite vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery.

Currently undergoing a full renovation, Terramar Cliffs is being thoughtfully refreshed to enhance every aspect of your stay. More photos will be coming soon as we complete updates throughout the home!

Step onto your private balcony and soak in panoramic vistas of the Pacific—whether you're sipping morning coffee or unwinding with a sunset glass of wine, the view is always spectacular. In addition, the home offers access to a shared spa area.

This spacious, classic Victorian home features 9 bedrooms, each outfitted with luxurious Beautyrest Black king mattresses for a truly restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers everything from a dishwasher to a microwave, perfect for preparing memorable meals during your stay.

Outdoors, enjoy a picnic area for al fresco dining, a serene sun terrace, and a tranquil garden space. With free WiFi and private parking, your stay is as seamless as it is relaxing.

House Rules & Important Information
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book.
• City-Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game room, etc.) must remain unused during this time.
• Security Cameras: Exterior-only cameras may be present for city compliance.
• STR Rules Deposit: A $500–$700 hold applies to all reservations. This is not a charge and is only collected if house rules are violated.
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
• Maximum Occupancy: 19 guests total (including infants), with a maximum of 15 adults.
• Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
• Pre-Arrival: About two weeks before check-in, you’ll receive the property address and your unique door code.
• Extended Stays: Stays longer than 10 nights may require an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Other Units: There is a separate ADU on the property that may also be rented during your stay

They did a nice job. The home worked really well for our multigenerational family gathering. We had the whole house and were able to accommodate the entire family. Location to the ocean is great and the its a quick trip across the street and down the stairs to the beach

Perfect location

Huge house with several beds and baths. Very well stocked. In process of some renovation but we are pretty easy to please. Beautiful location. Great outside spaces. Could use some beach towels and chairs.

House was perfect for hubby’s 60th birthday weekend. So much room and space for 18 of us to spread out and hang out. Would have liked the refrigerator to be cooler and not have to wait 12 hour to cool down. House was stocked great and new modern decor was very nice.

stunning view , Lots of room for a big family , Close to restaurants and the beach. If you have a large group and you like to have fresh towels every day you have to be prepared to do laundry every day. I talked to the owner about it to get extra towels and I think they would think of that for the next guest of course our family was large family.

While we do agree that it is quite a luxury to have multiple towels per guest, we're glad to hear that having one towel per person did not take away from your experience. We appreciate your understanding as we try our best to be mindful of the droughts in California when it comes to laundering towels and linens mid-stay. Especially since we use a standard residential washer and dryer, not an industrial capacity machine like hotels. We are happy to hear that your large family had such a wonderful time, though!

Excellent facility

The house was an exceptional facility. Spacious and the theater was especially accommodating for the youngsters in our family.. Couple of suggestions, wife and I are older and the bedroom on the 1st floor was too high - difficult to get in and out of. Might put a spa in the back yard. But overall this was a perfect family reunion.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a milestone birthday with a large group of friends and family. The property is beautiful and the location is truly fantastic for a "chill" getaway.The Pros:• The Space: The house is stunning and accommodated our group perfectly.• Vibe: It was the ideal setting for a milestone celebration or any large get together. A Few Logistics to Note:We hired a private chef for several meals and had coordinated this with the manager months in advance. Unfortunately, just before check-in, we were notified that the main oven and one of the two dishwashers in the downstairs kitchen were out of order. While there is a functioning oven and dishwasher upstairs, it did make things a bit challenging for the culinary team. To their credit, they managed it well!Parking Tip:Parking can be a bit tight on-site. I’d recommend parking as many vehicles as possible on the street to make coming and going easier for everyone.Overall:Despite the minor "snafus" with the appliances, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others!
