Perfectly situated steps from the shore, this family-friendly property offers breathtaking ocean views, spacious accomodations, and easy access to all the best that San Diego has to offer.

Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities

The City of OCEANSIDE REQUIRES all guests read and agree to follow these rules.

1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed.

The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).

A two bedroom home is allowed 6 humans

A three bedroom home is allowed 8 humans

A four bedroom home is allowed 10 humans

A five bedroom home is allowed 12 humans

A six bedroom home is allowed 14 humans

3. Music and voices should never be so loud they can be heard of property by any neighbor

Please note this is a private home is not intended for use for parties or gatherings of more the 12 people including kids and visitors. It is not intended for use by any elderly, infirmed or anyone with mobility limitations..

There are never more than 12 humans allowed on property and that includes visitors and children . One dog allowed only with prior written consent and payment of pet fee. This is for vacations only, no parties, gatherings, celebrations or weddings. Not suitable for those with mobility issues.

The city offers a fun electric shuttle that will pick you up at your door and take you to any beach or coastal restaurant and then bring you back to the beach house. Just download the Ride Circuit app and select Oceanside.

7family and friends, ladies got together to celebrate a 60th birthday. So beautiful- house right on beach. Loved it. We all had such a nice time.

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful place. There were nine women staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. Nice big deck to enjoy the sunrise with coffee and sunsets with cocktails. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again.

Great Family Getaway!

We had a group of 11, six adults and five children under the age of 7, plus one dog. The space accommodated us perfectly. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with a full kitchen. There are two bedroom and one bathroom with a full kitchen downstairs. The views are gorgeous. Not much of a sandy beach, but we were able to walk out into the water during low tide. The sandy area on the lower level of the property was great for the kids to play and for us all to hang out. There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogies boards. The hosts were great communicated in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Another great stay!

We have stayed at this property several times now, and it never disappoints. It is always a great time. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. The house is very comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. The hosts are very responsive to any questions. One of the best!

The Perfect Beach Home

As a business and only having a once a year retreat in person, we look for a home that is welcoming, clean, with a beautiful, relaxing indoor and outdoor atmosphere and this Beach house checked off all the boxes! From great communication, to amenities in the home easy to access, and a perfect large accommodating space, we look forward to booking another trip here for our next retreat and definitely recommend it for family, friends, or a work trip.

Girls getaway

A great 48 hours to catch up with old friends. Just wish the sun had come out. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and just what we needed to enjoy our time together.

Incredible views and a very complete property

We really enjoyed our stay here in Oceanside. The property was easily accessible with plenty of street parking, the views were impeccable, and the property had everything you needed to have a restful and fun stay. I really liked the layout of the space and all the space you can use to hang out and enjoy the ocean.

Comfortable, attractive home with gorgeous .views. Plenty of outdoor space with ocean out the back gate. Great kitchens(2) for a group. Quiet neighborhood in winter.Only issues were Hot water was not very hot. Property manager was not accurate about equipment in house.

Lovely property

This property is exactly as presented. Very clean! Plenty of bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels. Kitchen with almost everything one might need to cook a nice meal including sharp kitchen knives! (A sheet pan would be a great addition) All appliances in good working order and clean as well. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable; Oceanside has plenty of eateries and coffee spots so we were very happy here!

We spend a week at this location, the description on line of the property was right on. Was a great house to handle our group of 12. The property manaager was very helpful from the begining to end. Would definitely recommend this property and host.

House needs an upgrade.

We stayed here before and really enjoyed the location. House could use upgrades with a gas grill and a paint refresh. Garage door worked on and off.

Gorgeous place that could have been a 5

The place was beautiful. However, they do not tell you that you cannot have any day guests in their description. We flew from the east coast to visit other family and could not have them over to enjoy the ocean during the day. In addition the cook wear was very old and even burnt so it was difficult to prepare food for the 9 of us staying there. Lastly, the host did not return numerous phone calls, texts or emails to address some the aforementioned questions or requests. The stay could have been amazing had these issues been addressed.

Beautiful relaxing.

We came as extended family from 92 year old to 12 year old grandkids. We wanted a place where we all could be comfortable and Dad could watch his grandkids play in the ocean. It was perfect. We all body boarded in the ocean while grandpa looked on from a rocking chair on the deck. Beds were comfortable and towels were nice. We hope to come again!

Great time at the beach!

Friends and I spent four days here in June. We were here during the week, so Oceanside was not crowded. We all spent hours on the beach, playing in the surf, and we had a blast. There were plenty of towels and boogie boards. During high tide, there is very little beach. During low tide, you have a private beach, all to yourselves! Two different patios, and a sand area with fire pit. This place is great for a group looking to hang out, relax, and unwind.

Relaxing by the Beach

The house was perfect for our extended family, Grandparents to infant. Having the beach in the back yard was so convenient for those that wanted to swim. Having bogie boards available was a plus. The different terrace levels were great to sit and watch the waves. The only issue were some of the beds were way to soft. We would consider renting it again in the future.

You have the ability to easily walk to all the great dining and entertainment. You will not find a more beautifully appointed beachfront property. The amount of sand on the public beach varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
