Just outside the bedroom is a full bathroom. The center of the condominium holds spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with plentiful seating and television with DVD. The deck is accessed from the living area and offers a great location to sit and watch the river flow by. The master bedroom is on the far side of the living area and has a queen size bed, television, and private en-suite bath.
A/C1 in Master bedroom & 1 in living room.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
