Multiple rooms on multiple levels, Shuttle bus!

Very comfortable ! Great stay for early-bird vs. sleep-in skiers ! Shuttle bus every 15min on weekends allows all guests to hit the slopes any time they like.

Great Place for Ski Vacation

Condo was very spacious and well layed out. We had 4 adults but it could easily accommodate more. Location was great, just down the road from Loon. Check-in was easy and very detailed instructions were provided for everything. Only negative was very uncomfortable beds, which is of course a subjective thing.

Fun Weekend Stay!

The convenience and quality of the Clearbrook condo were wonderful. It’s a pretty condo. The location to Loon Mountain for skiing and easy access were great! Paul, the owner, was friendly and easily accessible. He answered all of our questions readily! Thank you for fun time!

Ideal for our multigenerational family vacation

This rental was just lovely in so many ways. The condo is in a great location to be able to enjoy a variety of activities across the age range of our large family group—grandparents, children, and grandchildren. We were able to take some beautiful, easy hikes in the woods to rivers, waterfalls, and scenic views. Some took the gondola on Loon Mountain. And it was close enough for s day trip to Storyland for the youngest in our group. The condo is bright and clean and even nicer than it appears in the pictures. There was enough space for each family group to have private space, yet ample opportunities to spend time together in the common areas for meals, conversation, and entertainment and games. There are many dining options nearby, but Paul’s home also has a well equipped kitchen with basic kitchen staples, supplies, and cookware for simple meal preparation at home. The Keurig, dishwasher, and washer and dryer were nice bonuses that made our stay easier and more pleasant. Paul was a wonderful host. He provided clear information about his home in advance letting us know where things were and how they worked, instructions on how to get in and what to do upon our departure. He was always available by phone/text for the few questions we had during our stay. We were also able to utilize his membership at the swim/tennis club to take the children for an afternoon swim in the pool. If we are ever lucky enough to return to this area, I would love to be able to stay again.

Great Place Near Loon

Paul's place was great and Paul was a great host. Everything was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. The area around Loon has so much to do and Paul's place as close to it all.

Perfect location and condo

Great location for the skiers! The condo had everything you could possibly need. Beds very comfortable and the fireplace was a nice bonus! We will hopefully be back again next year!

Great weekend at Loon

We stayed here for a ski weekend in Feb. The location was perfect. Minutes from the mountain and my husband who doesn't ski was able to easily take the bus to meet us for lunch each day while the lots were full. The house is well kept and stocked with essentials you need. It was a great layout and size for our family of 5. Quiet and cozy for an evening after skiing all day. Paul was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. We would absolutely return.

Winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids went skiing and came back to the condo hungry and happy. The fireplace was great and provided just the right tone for reliving the days. We did head to the hot tubs at the health club. Thanks for that. Very enjoy time.

Great Ski Weekend

Place was just as advertised. Clean close and totally fuctional. We had 10 in our group and plenty of room. Location was awesome as you could easily get to and from the mountain missing the northbound traffic.

Great Place!

The place had easy to follow instructions, plenty of games for friends, family, and kids. A lot of space and conveniently located a short walk to loon mountain. I loved everything about our stay and can't say enough about the location and owner. Hoping to book again next year!
