Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom / 2 bath with open floor plan and spacious screened in riverfront patio overlooking the Indian River. Enjoy this tranquil setting with beautiful sunrises/sunsets and watch the dolphin's, manatees, turtles, birds and community gazebo, firepit and picnic tables. Enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking on the backwaters or if you have a boat this unit comes with one dock and a second to rent. Dolphin Cove is located just off the North Causeway and within walking or biking distance to Flagler Ave and Canal Street! which are both famous for numerous restaurants, live music, shopping, and entertainment. Docks have access to the intracoastal and Ponce Inlet. Home comes with one deeded spot and guest parking.
