The main floor greets guests with a casual living area, a convenient half bathroom, and an outdoor patio. The middle level features a well-appointed kitchen with open dining spaces offering lovely views of Windmill Hill. The third level boasts three cozy bedrooms and a modern, large main bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Downstairs, find a washer, dryer, and extra storage space in the unfinished basement.
Outside there is a spacious deck to grill, dine al fresco, and relax in the comfy seating area amidst privacy of the surrounding privet hedge. The large lawn invites gatherings around the fire pit or fun and games, ensuring a memorable summer stay. With parking for two vehicles and additional off-street parking, convenience is key.
Explore the village center just a short walk away for dining, shopping, entertainment, and access to the Newport Ferry. Both Town Beach and Mackerel Cove Beach are within walking distance.
