Our Coastal Cottage full-height loft apartment is tucked away on beautifully landscaped grounds, away from the road providing plenty of privacy. Only a 5-minute walk to Jamestown's most popular swimming beach, "Mackerel Cove". Swim in the cool Atlantic waters and view several magnificent "Summer Cottages" along the rugged cove leading to the open Atlantic Ocean. Your stay includes exclusive on-site parking for two cars.



IMPORTANT NOTE – beach parking is restricted to residents-only on busy days, making it always accessible for our guests. Our location is only a short, five-minute walk to Mackerel Cove Beach. Take all of your beach gear to the water’s edge in our complimentary, over sand “Beach Wagon”.

Comfortable, Spacious Living

The Loft features three bedrooms, 1 comfortable Kueen bedroom, 1 comfortable Queen bedroom and a convenient 2 Twin bedroom - EACH WITH THEIR OWN PRIVATE ACCESS.



One of the queen rooms is located in a converted garage bay with its own sink downstairs from the Loft. You must still go outside and up the stairs to access the Loft's Kitchen and Bathroom.

There is one additional sofa bed in the sitting/kitchen area.

Guests share their own fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a comfortable dining/sitting area. All bedrooms are equipped with a large HD TV with access to your favorite streaming channels.  

One of the highlights is the stunning private outdoor shower, perfect for a refreshing beginning or end to your beach day. For your convenience, we now provide a brand new, full-size washer and dryer set to help keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

In the evening, enjoy a small "SOLO Fire Pit " with free seasoned cedar wood under warm hanging lights to illuminate the area.

Jamestown is one of Rhode Island’s best-kept secrets. Enjoy this tranquil, coastal paradise with historic farms, scenic parks, and amazing coastal vistas. With only a short ride, cross the bay and explore the world renowned coastal town of Newport - summer home to magnificent yachts and historic mansions.

Jamestown’s town center boasts a picturesque harbor and marina, with  impressive  private yachts and a ferry service to and from Newport. Several wonderful local restaurants and shops dot the sidewalk along Narragansett Avenue. A favorite nighttime spot is the Narragansett Cafe providing live Rock and Jazz-Blues bands with a classic New England Fishing-town Harbor Bar vibe. 

Please Note - The "half bath" listed is the outdoor shower. This listing platform doesn't allow us to specify this detail. Also, the second Queen bedroom is downstairs on the first floor beautifully converted from an executive office in one of the properties private garage bays.
