Alan was an awesome Super Host. He was very responsive. The Unit was very clean and well furnished. Property was in an excellent location: close to National park entrances, grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again in the future!!

We were greeted by our gracious hosts upon arrival. The cabin was just as described, very clean and well-stocked with all the amenities, including a washer and dryer. A perfect place to celebrate our 51st anniversary. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Clean, modern, fully equipped. Hot tub is shared, but only one other rental property on site, so not an issue with our stay. Walking trails on property were a pleasant surprise. Close to Charlottesville. Nice and quiet.

Great Stay!

Loved the space, the amenities, and the location. Perfect distance to be able to hike through parts of Shenandoah National Park while we were there! Host was very communicative and provided everything and more that we needed for our stay :)

Alan and his wife were wonderful hosts! We arrived later than expected but they started the heat and we arrived to a warm Fox Den. This place was the perfect spot, great views, hot tub was amazing, and easy transit to Shenandoah.I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I was in the area.

This was the perfect place for a quick get away! Beautiful property, great house and the owners thought of all the little things you might need during your stay! It’s close to everything, by far enough away that you can relax and take a break. We loved our stay!

The FoxDen was the perfect place for our extended stay as we waited the arrival of our grandson. Very comfortable, very well appointed and maintained, convenient to stores and services. We even hosted the new parents and newborn baby for burgers cooked on the grill on the sunny deck with a glorious view. I am sure we will be back.

Shenandoah Valley

Great central location to stay to explore the Shenandoah Valley area. Modern and clean. Kitchen stocked well with cookware, dishes and utensils to make meals on site if you choose. Beautiful view and trails on the property to hike. Close to antique shops, gas stations, dining, shopping and historical sites.

Ideal Guesthouse

The home was situated next to the main house but afforded us plenty of privacy. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for an enjoyable visit. Nearby wineries, hiking, and dining rounded out our visit. The hosts had plenty of recommendations and were quick to respond to our questions. Definitely a property that we'll consider revisiting!

The Fox Den was literally perfect, had everything you need and I mean that, bring your clothes and food, the host were also so kind, the one problem we had (bee’s nest), he had it resolved within minutes, and I mean minutes! This place is so adorable that I’m hoping to come back in the fall with our kids! You won’t regret staying in this little jewel of a place!

The cabin was very clean and very well supplied. They provided the basics and so much more. Cooking supplies, cleaning supplies and things I would never have thought of. Energy bars, coffee, oatmeal for breakfast and more. Communication with the host was excellent and fast. We did not use the hot tub but it was available. Stores, restaurants, wineries and Shenandoah National Park were nearby. I highly recommend this property.
