Summary:
🌟 Indulge in the modern comforts of this newly refreshed 3rd & 4th floor unit with views for days! Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun drenched deck overlooking Manayunk with views of Center City in the distance. The apartment is well appointed with a full kitchen, two queen bedrooms, a living room with Smart TV, a full bathroom on the main level and half bath on the upper floor. We are located just a short walk to Main Street, where you'll find a plethora of locally owned shops and restaurants.
The Space:
📌 Important to Know Before Booking
This home requires climbing several sets of stairs. Guests with mobility challenges should carefully consider this before reserving.
✨ Main Level (3rd level)
At the top of the entry stairs, you’ll find the kitchen on the left, complete with a dining table for four and a door leading out to the spacious, southwest-facing deck—perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. To the right is the living room, featuring a 55-inch Roku Smart TV with Netflix provided. You’re also welcome to log into your own streaming subscriptions through the TV apps.
Down the hallway, a cozy queen bedroom awaits, furnished with a 12-inch Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress for restful sleep. At the end of the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom with a standing shower, excellent water pressure, and a sleek glass door for an open yet private experience.
✨ Upper Level
Continue upstairs to the second queen bedroom, a unique retreat with sloped ceilings, a skylight, and exposed stonework. This room also features a 55-inch Roku Smart TV and an en-suite powder room with a combination washer/dryer for your convenience. Please note there is a small step down to the bed.

Please note, this is a 3-unit building. Reasonable, everyday noises are expected outside of quiet hours.
Guest Access:
🏠 When you open the front door, you will enter a common stairway. The door to the apartment is up the stairs on the second floor. Upon entry, there is another set of stairs and the apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of the building. Enjoy full access to our entire apartment. Parking is included. All doors are accessible with keypad smart locks.

We loved this cozy little spot! It comes with convenient parking, and it's an easy walk to both downtown and the train station—perfect for exploring without a car. The host was incredibly responsive and quickly addressed any minor issues we had. We'd definitely stay here again!

Had a great time dying my weekend stay in Manayunk. The property was very clean and a 7 minute walk to Main Street. There was on site parking which is a plus. The place was very cutesy, well kept, and plenty of space. If I’m ever staying over again in the area i would definitely book again at this property.

We loved the space and everything was perfect. My only feedback would be that we tried to scan the QR code for the parking space but it asked us to sign up for a system that we did not want to do. Is there any way to get rid of that process? Other than that, we enjoyed our week and will be back.

We absolutely loved the place! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. The best feature was the deck overlooking Manayunk – we spent every morning having breakfast there and every evening enjoying drinks and playing cards. We’ll be back!"

Glenn's 2BR with Balcony, Views & Parking unit in Manayunk was really sweet. The balcony and view were great. Parking spot was great. Central air is a bonus. Keeping in mind your accessibility/mobility needs, there are four flights of stairs in total - about 7 steps to the entrance door, 12 steps to the unit door, 12 steps to the main level of the unit, 12 steps to the upper bedroom. I had to weigh the needs of my visiting family knowing that things like parking and 1.5 bathrooms were really important. Communication with the host was great.

Know that u will b climbing two flights of narrow steep steps. If u are young and agile this can be fun and challenging… old and decrepit like me it could be fatal. It’s ok tho, I’ll just move my stem cell injections up a few months. The area is a little congested w parking so the dedicated space while a little tight is a win. House sits atop a steep block of Connaroe and the 3 one way streets in a row coupled w some road blocks due to FIFA made using the car in Manayunk a losing situation. Better to walk to Main Street, it’s close. Just be aware, walking back is harder, then u have the steps. If u are a heart patient keep the nitro handy… you’ll be fine, just don’t wait until the last minute to fill out those organ donor cards…. The place is lovely, AC works well and I guarantee u the fall, winter and Spring would be beautiful… the deck is a fantastic place to have a coffee and contemplate the fact( if older) u really need to do more cardio. I used to run a VRBO and would recommend the host( at least in summer) have the cleaners or someone stock a six pack of water in the fridge. The Philly tap water is not quite spring fresh and after hauling one’s bags to the top fresh cold water would have been amazing… as well as a 100% non rebreather mask but that is probably asking a bit much. Joking aside it’s a nice place but if you are on the wrong side of 50 like me, get a little assault bike work in the weeks before your trip and bring your knee sleeves, you’ll thank me.
