Owner-Managed Property
This is an owner-managed property. I take pride in my home and want to ensure you have a wonderful stay. I will be available to answer any questions or provide assistance via the app or phone during your stay, but I will respect your privacy and will not be present at the property.
Safety
For your security, the property is equipped with an external smart doorbell camera at the front door and an internal (non-recording) air quality detector to monitor for smoke.
House Rules
• No parties, events, pets, fireworks, or controlled substances are permitted.
• Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests of any age; all guests must be listed on the reservation.
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire stay.
• Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement, a photo ID matching the credit card on file, a valid phone number, a complete guest list, and a $300 pre-authorization security hold are required to confirm your reservation.
• House as-is; guests are liable for rule violations resulting in a refund for future guests.
• Cleanliness: We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. Please report any cleanliness issues within 2 hours of your arrival so we can address them immediately.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles; no parking under the house.
• Check-in/Out: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m., and check-out is promptly before 10:00 a.m. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee.
• Neighborhood Restriction: Please be aware that motorcycles are not permitted in this neighborhood.
• Commercial photography and filming require pre-approval.
• $75 fee to return lost guest items; no luggage storage.
