Welcome to a modern, stylish beach house on stilts, where coastal charm meets contemporary comfort. Located in North Myrtle Beach, this owner-managed home is nestled in a quiet residential area just behind US17, only a short 9-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean. It's a perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.

# Inside the House
Step into a beach haven, where the open-concept living area features a chic blend of gray, white, wood, and teal decor. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, dining area for eight, a desk, sectional couches, and a 65” Smart TV.

**Bedroom 1**: King-sized bed, 55” Smart TV, en suite bathroom with shower
**Bedroom 2**: King-sized bed, en suite full bathroom
**Bedrooms 3 & 4**: King-sized beds, sharing a hallway full bathroom

All bedrooms are decorated with coastal charm and feature premium linens and ceiling fans. Three full bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

# Outdoor Fun
Relax in the covered outdoor living area with ample seating, enjoy lawn games, swing under the house, or rinse off at the outdoor shower. Two furnished porches offer additional spaces to unwind and enjoy your surroundings.

### House Rules
1. Minimum age: 25+.
2. Provide credit card (CC) on file with $300 pre-authorization hold.
3. Provide 1) Photo ID that verifies non-local residency and matches the credit card on file, 2) a valid working phone number, 3) a guest list; sign a rental agreement, and be present the entire stay.
4. House As-Is. Report cleanliness issues within 2 hours of arrival or waive right to complain.
5. Maximum occupancy: 8 humans of any age.
6. No pets, parties, events, controlled substances, indoor smoking, or fireworks.
7. Commercial photography and filming must be pre-approved.
8. Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
9. Parking: 4 vehicles; no parking under house.
10. External smart doorbell camera and internal air quality detector.
11. $75 fee for returning guest items.
12. Check-in: after 4:00 p.m.; Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.; late checkout fees apply.
13. No luggage storage.
14. Indoor smoking $500 cleaning fee.
15. Guests liable for rule violations resulting in refund for future guest.
