This Edgewater Beach Resort Condo perfectly encapsulates the best of a Panama City Beach vacation. This 1 bedroom 1 bath with a queen bed and sleeper sofa offers a private beach and family-friendly amenities. This stunning modern condo is centrally located to the area's best shopping and dining options.

Edgewater 408 (Tower III) spotlights all things coastal with beautiful décor and stunning beachfront balcony views. Waking up to the sound of the waves hitting the shore is a must while staying in this contemporary unit with a TV and full kitchen.

Edgewater Beach Resort offers amazing amenities for the guest that wants it all without having to get in the car and leave the resort. Enjoy an on-site golf course, tennis and basketball courts, a kid's splash pad, a private beach, 11 heated swimming pools, and 4 hot tubs all located on the premises of the resort.

Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may register another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. Instructions will be sent with reservation confirmations.

Must be 25+ years old to reserve this property.

The lady working in the office I believe her name was gabby Was extremely rude and lazy. I had to pay 75 for parking because I tried 100x to pay before for the 50. I went to get help just to get in the gate. Was sent to 4 different places then ended up dealing with gabby. 30 minutes later I finally got the parking pass. It was a nightmare. The room wasn’t clean, there was so much dirt, grim and dirty dishes. For one week and 2 people we got 2 towels and 2 wash rags. Had to go buy some. The sliding glass door takes a hard push and pull to open and close. The bed was HORRIBLE, the couch was HORRIBLE too. The floor had a nasty feel to it so I looked and found a mop but when you opened the closet door the smell knocked you back from the dirty mop. One elevator didn’t work 8 days, still broke when we left today. Other elevator was always packed to max and started slowing up. The parking lot is tight so just be carful. But the view was amazing!!!!

Very good location. Ceiling leaked on the last night soaking all our luggage and bedding having to sleep on floor. Elevator line was insane due to one costly breaking.

Cute and Convenient

Perfect for small family looking to have beach front view. We enjoyed staying on the Edgewater property. We were so close to the beach and pools. Condo was decorated up to date and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location

This was a last minute stay to hang out with friends. Edgewater is a great location close to everything you need. The condo was clean and as described. Check in was easy. The beach was clean and not crowded.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and clean. Air conditioner was very loud in the bedroom and the toilet needs some repair (runs a lot, doesn’t cut off after flushing). All in all a nice unit.

Condo needs updates

The Emerald Coast Destinations Inc company is run by the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL lady I have ever dealt with. The patio door shattered at the end of our stay. I simply closed the door and it shattered. The frame to the door had screws missing and was probably 30 years old. They charged my bank account on file 1000 without coming to look at it. They will rip you off and make you pay for things that should have already been replaced before our arrival. amagedoor or

Cute condo with a great view but needs to be refreshed and have sone repairs done! Upon arrival the room was not clean at all, still had used water bottles and sand on balcony. The fridge was dirty, also the curtains have mold spots on them and the ceiling had water spots all over it. There was not enough bedding provided for the pull out bed. They had one elevator working the whole time and either had to wait around 25minutes or carry everything up and down the stairs. The host did not communicate when I sent pictures of the dirty condo instead the sent a sliding glass door repair person and stated I requested them when I did not even after telling them my issues was with the balcony and condo being dirty. The resort was nice but got crowded very quickly, the had to shut down the pool and hot tube due to someone putting dawn dish soap in it. The ac unit in the room was very loud and cute on and off alot during the night, also the elevator is right next to the room which is nice but can get very loud.
