Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $875 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

Summer Family Vacation 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful vacation to Murrell's Inlet August 1-8, 2026. The Seaclusion home was perfect, and fit all of our needs. While there were only 5 of us staying, there was plenty of space to have up to 15 more people who would fit very comfortably.The living space was very nice and also fairly homey, so we felt right at home. The location on the beach was absolutely beautiful, and in a only a few steps, we were sitting on the sand, our chairs umbrellas having been put up daily for us. The weather did not cooperate for us to be on the beach every day, but that was beyond any of our control, and the house was fully stocked with amenities so we could pass the time indoors when we needed to. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fairly well-stocked, so we were able to cook meals when we wanted to, but there were a number of great restaurant options within a few miles of us as well. We had our dogs with us and the fenced yard was perfect for them to go out and stretch their legs and use the bathroom. The outdoor space was all very nice, and the shower stalls were especially convenient. The pool was a nice place to cool off after the beach and soak, while not being super large, was cool and clean. We did not request the heated spa, but in hindsight would have, because none of the jets worked even without the added heat, which was a bit of a disappointment. Also, the shower at the pool had a cracked water line so it does not spray out of the shower head, and the tv in the outside pool area had a broken screen. One day during our stay, the pool pump was not coming on, but one text to maintenance and it was fixed within the hour. Also, one of the bikes that was provided had a brake that was stuck to the wheel frame, so it was not really rideable. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would love to come back again.

This house was the perfect setting for our family to gather for the week. There was plenty of space for all 19 of us to eat, spend time together, and sleep. We loved the open concept kitchen and dining/living space. The location and amenities can’t be beat. Direct beach access, a team that set up and tore down the umbrellas and beach chairs daily, and a pool that was shaded for the afternoon were highlights. We also hired a golf cart for the week, which we recommend! The host team were very responsive and the check in/out process were easy. There were only a few small areas for improvement, like the ice maker not working and the washer/dryer arrangement (it works, just very high up and the doors knock into each other). All in all, this was a fantastic stay and wed book again.

I will start with the positives, the view is wonderful, it was wonderful having chairs and umbrellas set up for us daily. I loved that we could bring our fur babies. The house itself is a fantastic house but needs a lot of attention! The cleaning crew should be fired, my son had to wash his sheets because they were sandy, my daughter also washed her comforter because it had a stain on it. The hand rails were simply gross! When we arrived I had to immediately contact the host because there were issues with the air conditioner. Then there was a fuse that kept blowing in the kitchen, found the box in the laundry room behind the refrigerator. The TV downstairs had to be replaced, the lights in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, the furniture in that bedroom was covering up the AC vent so it was warm until we moved the furniture. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be thrown out. The owner will not replace the ice marker in the bar area, which doesn’t work, and the refrigerator ice marker does not keep up with 13 people. If I spend 20 thousand dollars on a vacation I should not have to be troubleshooting issues that should have been resolved before we got there. Vacations are suppose to be relaxing but unfortunately this one was not. The maintenance that came and fixed most of our list was very polite but had to wait until Wednesday of our vacation for him. I have never written this bad of a review and almost didn’t but I do feel it was warranted.

There were a few loose door handles on the main living room level. The king size bedroom's bathroom on the third floor was missing a toilet paper holder (no big deal, perhaps there wasn't supposed to be one). We noticed the filter for the AC return was so full of lint it looked like it had not been changed in a year or more, so that really needs to be addressed.

Nice property with great ocean view and exceptional, easy access to the beach. First floor bedroom and bath were missed during cleaning, but one call and issue was quickly handled. Pool mostly sits in the shade, so water was much colder than expected.

The day before our arrival an unexpected issue arose with our original rental home. I received a call from Christi at Bask Away informing me of the issue and that they had a solution. Much to my surprise they found us a different rental which was the Seaclusion. This was a definite upgrade in size and location! Seaclusion was immaculate and beyond wonderful. It is on the beach with more than enough room for our family of 9. The grandkids enjoyed the great pool and we all enjoyed easy access to the beach!I have rented from a few different rental agencies in the area but Bask Away is by far the very BEST!

First, Faith, Amber, and the handy man were very nice and accommodating but there were problems that were never corrected or could not be addressed during our stay. Second, the problems:1.) it was dirty, as seen on the exposed vent (located off the living room in a hallway to the primary suite) as seen in photo. 2.) the ice machine never worked so we had to keep buying ice. 3.) numerous remotes, lamps, fans didn't work. 4.) no propane in the patio firepit; 5.) A/C was freezing in some bedrooms and unbearably warm in other bedrooms. 6.) Some of the furniture is dirty and needs to be replaced. 7.) The whole thing needs painting - every wall is scuffed and marred. Third, There are many good things about this house and our family had a great time. It is too bad that the owners have not maintained it to fit the beautiful photos on the internet. When we go on vacation, especially when we spend close to 20,000 for a week, we expect the rental to be at least as nice as our home - this is not!

80th Beach Birthday Celebration

We had the most wonderful family trip at this amazing property! The house was perfect, and as described in the listing. Staff response leading up to the trip was always helpful and very prompt. The entire experience was 5 star!

Family get away

The location and proximity to the beach were excellent, We really enjoyed the heated pool for this time of the year. There was ample parking and it was a quiet neighborhood and no problems. Plenty of room inside and great views of the beach.

As it being our first time in Myrtle Beach, we didn’t know what to expect. However, this house really made us fall in love with the area. Great views, great location, great people. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location to get away from the crowds but still be close enough to get out and enjoy some tourist activities. This house is located on a quiet road, if you like to avoid the beach crowds this is your place. Very clean, lots of space to spread out. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing Beach day is here (except a beach cooler). Towels are soft and linens are good quality. Walk to Gulf Stream Cafe for dinner or enjoy dinner on the back porch at the comfortable dining table. We had a small group of 2 adults & 5 kids but the house is plenty big for a larger group.
