The house was gorgeous!! It was appointed perfectly, beautiful dishes, pots, frying pans & everything else you could possibly need. The pool was beautiful too, but it was too cold to swim. Evenings sitting around the pool were magical. Everything was clean and ready for us. Well furnished, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast nook seats 6 and dining room table is large enough for 8. Nice open floor plan. Conveniently located to everything. Grocery store 2 miles away. We had an amazing vacation.

February stay

Nice property but wasn't as clean as it should be. The property management was very quick and very helpful with any question we had. Our biggest "concern" was how to operate the TVs! They were quick to respond with directions. I suggest a detailed direction sheet would be helpful for future guests. The pool was an absolute treat.

Peaceful stay

We have been to the area many times and have always enjoyed our stay. this visit, however, we spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool. We did have friends from the area visit but We both finished books, sunned and played a little golf. Though no fault of the property or managers, tee times are a little problematic. The system is difficult to assure you have a valid request. All the other amenities are excellent.

Wonderful month of July in The Villages

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a fabulous month in The Villages. I rented a lovely home in Bonnybrook with a pool. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and many recreation centers. I worked remotely but still had time to enjoy yoga classes either to begin or end my day. The home was well-maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well-organized, and even though I didn't plan to cook for myself, it was so well-appointed that I found myself enjoying cooking. There was a full set of plastic dishes and glassware for eating outside in the pool area. Cooking on a gas stove was a treat for me. The appliances worked well. The AC kept up with the hot July weather in Florida, and I was always cool enough. The home is also well stocked with linens and screens in every bedroom. The pool area was so inviting and felt private even though the neighbors are close by. Neighbors were friendly to a renter, and it was a great place to stay. I hope it is available for me again next summer.
