Our host was most helpful in all aspects.Things went smooth in every manner.she was available when needed to answer all my questions and left helpful notes for us to know things about her home. The property was exactly as described. Once you open the door and enter the home, you will find a totally updated interior with modern conveniences and finishes. The property felt very spacious with its open floor plan. The living area furniture was comfortable and enclosed front porch was inviting. Although we did not utilize the golf cart it was in the garage and available. My friend and I often like to try different cuisines while on vacation. As such, I would like to recommend the following restaurants: Coastal Del Mar (Seafood), The Chop House (Steakhouse), Francesca's (Italian), Campo Azul (Mexican) and The Legacy Restaurant at Nancy Lopez Country Club (American). I highly recommend taking the Sunset Tour by Epic Water Boat Tours and if offered during your stay a live performance at the Savannah Center. We saw The Wizard of Oz, and it was one of the best live performances I have seen.

Our stay was for visiting family 7/11 - 7/14 & this house was perfect. The pictures online are accurate. House has been very well taken care of & stocked with all the amenities you can think of. Neighborhood is quiet & neighbors are very friendly. Riding around in the golf cart was enjoyable.

Hidden Gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in The Villages! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed — and having the golf cart was a huge bonus. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property inside and out. The cleanest home we have ever seen and stayed in! Every amenity you need and more. This home is wonderfully decorated and is the coziest, most welcoming property and properly named “Serenity Place!” It’s literally home sweet home. The host, Valarie, was extremely gracious and accommodating! Will most definitely be back…10 stars and highly recommended!

Perfect retreat! This rental is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with everyone having a comfortable recliner. Everything is provided, including toothbrushes. Use of the gold cart was our favorite part of the stay! Communication with the owner, Val, was impeccable. This is the third place we have stayed in The Villages, and by far our favorite. I can’t recommend this rental enough. We hope to be back at this wonderful rental in the near future! Thank you Val!

Perfect spot in The Villages

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home in the villages. It had everything we needed, including the golf cart which seats four and folding chairs we could use at the nearby town centers. Communication with the owners was easy and they provided all the information we requested. The home appears to be recently renovated and spotless. We had a wonderful time!! Your place is so nice. We loved all the amenities. I can’t believe you had Tide, coffee and all the cleaning supplies. We loved taking the golf cart all over and enjoyed happy hour listening to great music at the Squares!!! Thank you for a great vacation!

3 nite stay. Was there to look for homes to buy. Played a part three course and used golf cart. My aunt and uncle have a much nicer cart but that is ok. It worked.I recommend staying here

The Villages is a magical place with so much to do. You will feel like you are at a 5 star resort and will not want to go home! This property is conveniently located to two town squares and has been completely updated and modernized. I use the home a few weeks a year for my own enjoyment. Unfortunately I am not ready to make this my permanent residence yet. The home has been furnished and prepared with all of the comforts and little extras to make your stay enjoyable. You will not be disappointed.

This is an updated home put together with care. Clean, comfortable and modern updates. Both bedrooms have King Sized beds so no one has to fight over the master! The neighborhood is very friendly and the location is convenient to everything.
