The home was very nice with lots of upgraded features such as end tables having phone chargers. The mattresses in every room were SO COMFORTABLE! The neighborhood atmosphere was less than ideal and there was not enough parking, but the home was great!

Great house to stay in Dallas!

We absolutely loved the house. The initial drive in was a little rough considering the location. But once we got there the house itself was very nice. Extremely modern looking, very spacious, and well decorated. Definitely highly recommend this house for future bookings!

House was in a very odd neighborhood where there was no HOA and many different people kept parking in the driveway. Even upon arrival we had to park down the street to unload our stuff. Host was very responsive with questions but still had issues with the upstairs communal bathroom not draining, as well as small bugs all over the room that were there the entire stay

Stay was cancelled by evolve with less than 24hrs. VRBO didn’t know? So I had no place to stay. Had to get a hotel at last minute. Horrible experience

Very nice property but...

It was a great property! Loved it! Very clean, neat and updated. However, the neighborhood appeared to be a lil sketchy. A lot of trash and debris up and down the street. Looking at the sale and prices of the homes in the area, maybe some gentrification was happening. Nevertheless, it was a nice stay. The only issue we had was ants coming in from a cracks around the door in the rear, 2nd floor bedroom. I was able to reach out to the owner and they sent someone over right away with spray. Other than that, great stay!
