Coconut Grove with Miami Joe

We stayed in Coconut Grove for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The studio was just right for us, allowing for walkable access to our now favorite Miami neighborhood. And the building pool was perfect for morning exercise.

Excellent unit and location!

We loved the unit and its location in the heart of Coconut Grove and all the restaurants near it. The unit was excellent and the efficiency of entering and exiting was wonderful. Beautiful views!!!

Excellent studio in a great location, great views

I've stayed in the Coconut Grove area a number of times, and this is probably my favorite spot so far. The location is unbeatable, the amenities in the building are great, and the host was friendly and very responsive. I'm looking forward to my next stay there. Would very much recommend.

Had a fab time at Joe&Debs property.Everything was what it said it was,no disappointments at all.Great communication with them so you were never left in any doubt of what you needed to know or do..Room was spotless and lovely 10/10

Fabulous Get Away

We had a great stay! We took an Uber from/to airport and didn’t do any other transportation. There were plenty of places to walk,shops, and restaurants in the area. It was perfect for a few days of relaxing at the pool and exploring the area. Construction going on in unit above us and at hotel so lots of noise- but know that is not in the owners control

Drove my daughter's car back to Miami from NKY After two days of driving it was so nice to walk into this unit and see the Bay. Lots of space, very comfortable.

Accommodations were great! Beautiful view! Fantastic location - walking distance to wonderful restaurants, and fun place to walk around and explore. Host checked on us periodically, overall, it was perfect!

Ideal Getaway

One of our favorite vacations. The condo couldn't be in a better location to enjoy downtown Coconut Grove. The condo was very clean as was the entire complex. The pool and fitness center were high quality. Looking forward to making regular trips. Thanks so much for making our trip so wonderful!

Great for our getaway

The space was beautiful and perfect for our trip to Florida. Very comfortable, well equipped, beautiful views, and steps from one of Miami’s best neighborhoods. We will be back!

On the Bay in Coconut Grove

Very nice property (a studio apartment in the Arya Hotel). Only downside is that the hotel lounge and restaurant are closed now for renovation, so there was no place to congregate with friends for a drink and conversation Pool area does not allow outside food or drinks nor any alcohol. Nice neighborhood woth many dining options within a few blocks Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Beautiful condo, very clean and comfy large bed, and such an amazing view. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside and the location was wonderful. Lots of walking trails around the harbor and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops to walk to as well. The hosts were super responsive and very kind reaching out ahead and after our vacation; making sure everything was ok. Great weekend getaway!

Perfect Stay!

What an excellent view from this beautiful studio. The bedroom was comfy comfy too. It also had a modified pull out sofa for my teenage daughter. She was also very comfortable as they had additional thoughtful items like a thick mattress pad. You can't beat the view and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Super views excellent host

Spotless delivery of excellent studio for us. We decided to switch from Marriott Courtyard in Coral Gables to this apartment 20 floors high overlooking Biscayne Bay and one of its sailboat filled natural harbors. It was a nice change. Coconut Grove (totally walkable) has a bunch of good places to eat - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just spending time at the pool was a great way to relax. We'll stay here again.

Wonderful stay

A quick weekend trip for Parents’ Weekend at UM. Property was so clean and the view gorgeous. Only down side and it is out of owners control, was the lack of elevators. We had to wait at least 10 minutes each time we needed an elevator.
