Safe neighborhood, and great location.

My family and i stayed for a month. The pool was a great amenity to have, and we were walking distance to a nice park for our kids and dog. The house was very roomy and spacious. Jenny was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Enjoyed the location and Amenities

We had a quick trip that was full of activities and this house was a perfect location. The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property manager was very responsive and easy to do business with. The location was convenient for us and our reason for traveling. Close to Newport Beach, Long Beach, Hiking and Disneyland. Also loved that it was across from Cedar Park. Park was clean and had running trails that lead to Peters Canyon. The house is across from community pool and hot tub. The house is easy to find and on the corner. We will definitely book again. I recommend you book it too.

Mixed Feelings About the Rental

Let’s start with the good - The house is large and easily accommodates a large group. Everything was clean and it’s in a good location for getting around town. Nice to have a park across the street and a pool available, though we didn’t use it. Now for the bad- The house needed maintenance. In the first day I had to get fix the master toilet (it’s unusual flapper set up was sealed shut and needed replacement), troubleshoot the AC and replace the thermostat batteries, the guest bathroom had a strong odor, so didn’t get used, the kitchen faucet was very loose, the lock on the garage door didn’t work, and it took a while to get the garbage disposal to run (it was frozen). We also had the toilet paper holder come apart in the downstairs bath. Disappointing for the price we were paying. Also, the house, especially downstairs seems under furnished. There is nit hint on the walls and all the shelves are virtually empty. It just doesn’t make the place feel inviting. Having literally been staying in another rental an hour north earlier in the week, I felt we had a pretty good comparison to base our expectations on. While the other place had a few small maintenance issues and it’s own funky layout, it was far more inviting and didn’t require any work while we stayed there. There is a lot of potential in this house for a rental, but the owner needs to address some issues.

big, comfortable, relaxing

Nice place, gated community, lots of space. Shared pool is literally across street and is nice with nice hot tub and we were only ones using it every time we were there. There were codes for all doors, gates so we never saw the owner - which I like because we could just show up when we arrived, no coordinating etc... And, Jenny - the owner was very responsive and helpful when we did have questions. We forgot a couple of items, texted Jenny and she put them in the mail the next day. Would stay again. Thanks Jenny.

Beautiful home, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay!! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. Jenny, the host, was helpful and it was easy to set up our visit. Tustin is a nice area and close to shopping, attractions, and beaches. Loved having the park across the street for morning jogs and the kids had a great time in the pool! Highly recommend.

Clean, Quite and Centrally located to everything

Hi, We stayed here on a short visit to the LA area. We were two couples and the shared cost was much cheaper than a hotel and felt more like home. We were able to cook our own meals, swim in the pool and really relax after a long day out. The Location is very close to Malls, Restaurants and the Beach. I would say everything is within a 20min drive. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this property to anyone with a large family or a larger group Thank you Cali Lovers

Excellent experience!!

Great place: clean, new, quiet, and very spacious! The place is inside a gated community that provided both privacy and security. Also it is within walking distance from the beautiful Peter's Canyon hiking trail, which I hiked for 2+ hours. Overall the experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay there again!
