This house is in a great little neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

The pool was just sparkling and inviting and a hit with us all. Nothing better than the outside pool area to gather and enjoy your food on the grill. The house was just what our family of 6 needed. Beds were comfy & we had so many supplies in the kitchen to make our own meals. Kitchen appliances, washer and dryer were almost new and in good working order. The theatre set-up was a great place to watch movies together. It is close to Disneyland and the ocean but it will await you after your other excursions with a “Touch of Home” feeling. The Host was very responsive from beginning to end.

Our stay at this home was just as advertised, amazing and relaxing. The home was clean and spacious for our family. The outdoor pool and hot tub saved our bodies after days and days of walking Disneyland. The home had all the amenities to keep us comfortable, including a well stocked kitchen. If you’re planing to visit Disneyland with your family, forget about staying at the hotels, this home has it all.

Everything was brilliant. The house was lovely and well appointed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pillows were exceptional.The area was safe and close to shops and restaurants. Our host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Wonderful stay.

The host was extremely responsive. They even supplied a pack and play for my grandson to sleep in which was very nice as we did not need to rent one.

The house was dirty & you could see mold in the washrooms. Washrooms need to be renovated.Sufficient kitchen supplies were also not provided so we were unable to cook properly. Below is a list of issues we found:- Utensils for cooking are needed- More eating utensils are needed as the ones provided were damaged.- Toilet paper & Kleenex should be provided, not limited to two rolls per bathroom as that does not meet the needs of larger families.- There was no Kleenex on the property so we had to use to use toilet paper to blow our nose.- Air conditioner: The air conditioning would be turned down (not our doing) while we were in the house. We felt like we were being monitored by the host.* One of the rules of the property was to turn the AC off when you were not in the house, however, we found it caused food to spoil.- Ants in the house (in the kitchen sink and counters) even though there was no food out.- A house that sleeps 6 did not have enough towels (beach) to accommodate - Beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc would have been nice as us visitors don’t have them.- Patio furniture cushions were ripped & needs to be replaced - Pool cleaning pole & net was unusable so we could not clean the poolThe pool & spa were nice.

Thank you, John, for staying with us. I appreciate your concerns and would like to address them. Our home has a smart thermostat set on a schedule, maintaining 77F. Guests can and have change it without interference. However, it’s tied in to the utility company that can turn off A/C temporarily during very high peak demand. I do not change the setting from our guests. Our home had a recent major sewage work and I regret any imperfect clean up. I would like to provide many beach, pool toys to our guests. Unfortunately, due to restriction from insurance company, I cannot provide them. Our 2 bathrooms were renovated in the recent past. Its style match our old home and may not to be your liking. There is heavy usage of these bath and sometimes, there may be humidity that ventilation will help. There are 8 bath towels provided along with many hand towels, wash clothes. Guests can wash them in our new washer and dryer as needed. Other items you want need to be bought by our guests. Our kitchen is over supplied as reviewed by our past guests.

Great place for a Disney trip

This was a great location for a Disneyland vacation. Doanh was very good at responding when we had questions about the pool and when we needed a couple supplies for the house. Would stay here again.

Great Stay!

My family and I loved our stay! The proximity to the parks was great, but the Uber’s added up, we were expecting that. The pool was amazing and the spa was easy to use. The property itself was clean and inviting. We definitely wanted to stay longer.

Owner was super responsive. Thr pool was nice as well as the spa. Well maintained with instructions on how to operate. Owner even let me check out an hour later. The only thing I did not like was the home had an elderly person scent. Other than that, it would have been 5stars.

Great little place!

This was perfect for our multi-generational family of six to use as home base while we explored SoCal. The house was homey and gave us room to spread out. The pool was a great hit for the kids!
