About this property

Relaxing Lake Retreat

Recently renovated, this unit we call Culloden Point provides a relaxing retreat on Lake Montauk. Culloden Point comes equipped with a separate queen bedroom, queen pullout couch, full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, large screen TVs, air conditioning throughout bedroom and living room area, access to private lake beach as well as kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy a summer on the water! Dine outside on outdoor deck space or in lighted area complete with gas grill and seating. Guests can enjoy a common seating area with Adirondacks and lounge chairs and a
fire pit near the lake. Culloden Point is one of four units on this property at 71 East Lake Drive.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit has a queen bedroom and a queen pullout couch. It is perfect for a family with children. It IS NOT suitable for 4 adults. Thank you.

Please also note that this unit has a step up into the bedroom. There is a grass path from the parking spot to the unit and one step onto the deck.
