This private house is a very desirable location in Los Angeles.. You will not be disappointed.

Quiet 2 BR 2 BA is a large fabulous gated architectural home Schindler style with large Pool and Hot Spa. Very bright and very private with stunning panoramic views of the city and mountains. A loft feeling with sunlight in each room. At night, it's like looking at million of Christmas lights. White tiles in Kitchen, Living areas and gray carpet in bedrooms. Modern appliances in kitchen - breakfast area. Wet bar in dining area - large living room with a 50" TV - 2 leather couches - a mix of 50's, contemporary and antiques design furniture - Huge deck with views and many sitting areas outside - BBQ. Garden with pond and exotic aquatic plants - Large shower in master bathroom with great pressure - bath tub/shower combo in guest bathroom.

OPTIONAL: POOL and SPA can be heated for an additional daily fee. Sorry but Gas heating is very expensive in Los Angeles. It takes approximately 30 minutes to heat the Spa. It takes 24 to 48 hours to heat the pool depends of the weather. Both pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have pool and spa heating or just one or the other.

The property is convenient to all and offers full privacy, peace and enjoyment. Minutes to stores, Groceries and Restaurants .
Close to 405 and 101 freeways- Close to Beverly hills, Universal Studios, 20 minutes to the beach and airport-

ATTENTION: Only 3 people visitors stay maximum.
No Parties, gathering or Events are allowed.
We may consider Film and Photo shoots for additional fees. Please contact the owners if you wish to film at the Property.

Per city ordinance: No noise and or music after 9.00 pm and absolutely No smoking inside and outside allowed due to Los Angeles hills fire hazard.
Inquiries and Booking Requests: Guests must reply within 24 to 48 hours hours after receiving questions from hosts or the reservation will be auto-cancelled.

THIS IS A HILLSIDE HOME: Therefore, you must love wild life to stay here. We have many birds, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, owls and all kind of animals including but not limited to field rats and coyotes. (We have never seen a coyote inside the outdoors of the Property but they may be seen in streets close to residential homes). Bugs are present beyond anyone's control and beneficial to the environment. Ants or bugs may come in the house especially during or after rain. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR DOORS CLOSED especially at night. Home Owners shall not be responsible during guests' stays if any wild life or bugs is a bother to any guests. Nevertheless, there are bugs spray products at the house which guests can use to help.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure no food are left on your dishes before loading them Rince your dishes before loading them in the dishwasher. Then start the dishwasher using normal load.
TRASH CANS IN GARAGE: Use blue can for Recycling items. Use black can for Daily trash placed in closed plastic trash bags. DO NOT USE GREEN CAN as this is reserved by the gardeners for plants only .
TURN OFF: ALL lights, all appliances including Heat or AC on thermostat to OFF. Lock all windows, screen doors. The 2 sets of Keys must be left as per Hosts instructions.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PORN FILM / PHOTO SHOOTS ALLOWED. POOL / SPA HEATING is subject to additional fees. Contact Host if you wish to have pool or spa heating.
NO SMOKING IN and OUT the PROPERTY per city ordinance. NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Wonderful property with breathtaking view

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property and were pleased beyond our expectations. It's in a very nice and serene area located close to many great locations. The house was clean, the pool and spa were very enjoyable and the view was absolutely beautiful. The owners were super welcoming and made us feel at home right away. We loved it here and I look forward to bringing my family back here when we come back to visit L.A.

Beautiful view

We only had one night in Los Angeles. The owner was very accommodating and let us arrive a little early so we could enjoy the house more. The house is very clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the view from the deck.

Loved the House for my 30th Birthday Dinner

The owners are really nice people and welcomed me to enjoy celebrating my 30th birthday as an outside venue. The space and view was amazing as well as the pool and jacuzzi. The lights and glass windows surrounding the house adds so much to the view as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for a weekend or longer stay and as a venue. My family and friends enjoyed the house as I received many compliments.

Amazing place.

This is an extraordinary place. Tucked on a quiet street in the Hollywood Hills, with astounding views, and close to some fantastic restaurants in Beverly Glen, the house is magical. The view is from every living space and the master bedroom. The pool, with a jacuzzi section is completely private. I just love this house. It's a wall of glass that offers a different perspective with the day's changing light. The worst thing about it is how guilty I feel not having the family with me... and that I have to leave the house to work.

Sunsets are beautiful - Location is one of the best and so convenient and so beautiful. Very unique and so private set on 2 lots - We love it and so does everyone. No matter where we stay around the world, we always come back to this home saying: This is the best we ever stayed.

I HAVE NOT MET ANYONE NOT LOVING THIS HOME...: This is a mid-century home post beams built by famous architect - typical CALIFORNIA House - You cannot be anywhere else than Los Angeles - We upgraded a lot on the Property but kept it authentic since it has so much quality and charm- So if you are an architecture lover, you will really appreciate this home .
