Hi Alicia! I apologize if you felt the floors were not up to your standards. If you would have communicated this to us before now, we would have loved to send housekeeping back out to re-clean the condo. We pride ourselves on providing meticulously clean properties so to find this out after the fact in a public review is shocking. All it would have taken is a simple text or call and we would have sent someone out asap.
