About this property

Cozy Modern Condo Next To Convention Center

In this condo, you can sleep soundly on the Memory Foam queen sized bed with down feather pillows and comforter (it's even located on the quieter side of the building!), take a relaxing bath in the condo's shower/tub combination, and do a little gourmet cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that's stocked with basic provisions. You can even enjoy a quiet evening at home with our 46' flat screen TV with a BluRay DVD player and WiFi while you do some laundry in our condo's own washer and dryer. This condo even has dimmers for some mood lighting.


The building also has a recreation room with a pool table and big screen TV and you can also access the rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown Seattle. There is also a coined laundry room on the 2nd floor.


Although you will be within walking distance of everything Seattle has to offer, we can also accommodate you with your personal designated parking spot if needed.


God forbid, if you ever need a hospital, Virginia Mason and Swedish are just a quick two minute walk away.
