Winter stay

We enjoyed our time at the property. It was a good location with access to boat ramps, and beaches. Pool was a hit with the grandkids. We hope to come back.

Very disappointing. No pool cage and no king bed

We spent 5 weeks here in Feb/Mar, and overall, this isn’t a bad house, but the pictures and description were not accurate. The house is getting very tired (cracked tiles, yellowing and cracked caulking around the toilets, cupboard doors that don’t close properly, patch marks on the walls, remnants remain where the shed was in the back yard, etc.). There were very few dishes and sets of silverware. On the plus side, the management company was very responsive to help with any issues they could (they delivered a new toaster and new lounge chairs within a couple of days). The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The oven seemed to be a premium model with dual elements and was like-new inside. The house was in a good area, and was close to shopping, restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from the beach. With a little TLC, a few area rugs in the bedrooms, and a new pool cage, this could be a great house.

Overview of stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The managers was always prompt within no later than a few hours to respond to any questions which was very helpful. Inside clean, new appliances were very nice & comfortable. I would suggest King beds if possible since adults & one more piece of furniture for family room for seating since 6 people. However; gave the property manager direct comments of things needing improvement. Pool area was not cleaned, with broken pool floaters, dead plants & pool was a bit dirty. The book inside needs updated as password for WiFii needs updated and also lock box to be unlocked originally was wrong. Also, things listed as places to go….some are now closed. The garage needs cleaned out so vehicles might fit in it, or be told ahead of time it cannot be used. In twin bedroom one bed only has one lock on one wheel so it moved around a lot when son tried to sleep. There was when we arrived, items in fridge & dirty dishes from previous people that stayed. Thank you so much for being accommodating to asking for a day early arrival even with up charge it helped us greatly with unexpected need for us.

Clean and very quiet neighborhood

Nice property, very quiet neighborhood, clean and nice space. Nice size pool, easy check in, plenty of towels and beach towels. Nothing negative!!!

Great stay

We loved our stay. Very comfortable. Pool and furnishings we great. Master bedroom did not have a king as advertised but very good other than that.

Clean home in a nice neighborhood

Overall experience was very positive. Would certainly stay again. Plenty of amenities, electronics, etc. Would have like to have a more complete list (or pictures) of small appliances, dishes and stocked paper items. Pool service did not appear during the week we stayed. But overall a nice place to vacation.
