​This BRIGHT & COZY fully furnished CORNER unit boasts an effective kitchen with all the essentials including a Keurig, toaster, crockpot, blender, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, small stove top (no oven), pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils.

Enjoy dining in with seating for 4 at the cozy corner table with courtyard views. Or sit on your balcony and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The comfortable living space features a smart TV with basic cable & pull-out queen-size sofa. Living room also features a corner desk for added convenience should you need to work during your stay. A half bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, ample dresser space, smart TV with basic cable, luggage rack, and closet. The primary bathroom features a roman-style tub/shower and dual vanities.

Enjoy the vibrant community & colors of European Village from the comfort of your balcony. Take in the sights and sounds of nearby restaurants, bars, boutique shops, salon/barber & yoga studio. Dine out at a variety of delicious options, catch live music on weekends, or visit the Farmer's Market on Sundays.

All towels & linens, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, washer, dryer, iron & board, and hair dryer are available for your convenience. A starter pack of paper products, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee pods/sugar/creamer is provided.

A designated parking space in the garage is conveniently located close to the elevator, with additional free parking available in the main lot.

The apt was super clean, the host was very good and responded quickly to our issue. I would’ve giving a 10 star but there were a few things I believe the host can make it better. Here are the issues:1. Towels smelled old moldy and heavy stained2. Sheets and bedding was old and stained3. The pillows were old and smelledI went out and purchase my own towels and pillow cases, sheet at a Walmart, then gave it to Salvation Army.Besides all that the place was nice and conveniently located. The apt had everything you needed to enjoy the beach and everything around.Fv/Rg
