SUMMARY
This beautifully renovated Captain’s House is centrally located in the heart of Ptown. The top-floor, 2-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in the historic West End, 4 doors up from the Commercial Street bend - near Franklin St from Perry’s and the Coast Guard Station.
The home features modern finishes, new appliances, and a sun-filled open-living area with views of the Land End Lighthouse. The open floor plan makes for comfortable living and entertaining. Vaulted ceilings showcase exposed beams, a built-in library, and a loft area on the upper level. The library loft includes separate reading/napping and writing areas.
The kitchen is fully stocked, including an induction stove, an ice maker, and a host of small appliances to meet all your cooking needs. The island dining area easily accommodates 6 people. A private deck accommodates outdoor dining and overlooks a manicured garden and harbor views.
The bedrooms include queen beds, built-in wardrobes/dressers, ceiling fans, and desks/work areas. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are well-appointed with heated floors. Guests can enjoy WiFi, a washer & dryer in the unit, and TVs in the living and loft areas that can easily connect to your entertainment apps and accounts. Each room has its own individual heating and air conditioning controls.
Accommodations include bed linens, towels, and beach gear (including beach towels and umbrellas).
Parking for one car in a tandem spot is included, though it can’t accommodate oversized vehicles. If the other spot is used, phone numbers are exchanged with the downstairs neighbors to swap cars as needed.
The unit has 2 private entrances: 1 up the front stairway and 2nd on the back porch. The back door has a 24/7 electronic keyless entry. The unit also has a lock box.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Provincetown is a small coastal resort town at the end of Cape Cod. Provincetown Public Library, Town Hall, the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum, and the Center for Coastal Studies are local landmarks. It is also home to the Cape Cod National Seashore, where you can enjoy the great outdoors with swimming, kayaking, sailing, hiking, and biking. For those looking for something less strenuous, there is no shortage of places to sit out on the beach to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea.
The home is a 4-minute stroll to the beach and the start of Commercial Street’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. A 12-minute walk will get you to MacMillan Pier, the Red Inn, or Stop & Shop. It’s a quick bike ride to Herring Cove & Boy Beach, or continue on to Race Point Beach and explore the dunes and forests of Cape Cod National Seashore. The Provincetown Airport is an 8-minute car ride away.

Max occupancy is 4 guests. Guests may not have more than the max occupancy on premises at any time. Exceeding the max occupancy nullifies your guest agreement.
Due to condo association requirements, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 18.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home.
All guests and visitors are asked to be considerate of others in the community and keep noise to a minimum in outdoor areas, especially between 10pm and 8 am. Parties and events are prohibited. Neighbors have been known to call town officials.
Deductions from your security deposit may be made for reasons such as excessive cleaning required after your departure, violations of house rules, including noise complaints, unreported damage, lost keys, unauthorized late departure on checkout day, and additional guests staying at the home.
From June 1 - August 31st: there is a 7-night minimum, with check-in/check-out on Saturdays only.
