Great place

I loved everything about this place. It was nicely designed, homey, roomy and fun. It’s in a great location, was quiet and relaxing, with great amenities. It made my vacation all the more fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Great 2BR unit

Beautiful place close to all the activities. Quiet street in the West End Fully equipped unit with all amenities. Easy to work with host and full time neighbors were very nice.

Look no further!

Highly recommend! This unit has it all - spacious, clean, comfortable, well stocked, beautifully landscaped and with an amazing deck. And just off Commercial Street. Tom is great, pleasant and responsive. I would stay here again!

Perfect location, wonderful condo!

This is a really wonderful condo. In my opinion it is the perfect location. It is in the charming west end, close to town, but away from the noise and on the way to Herring Cove Beach. The place is the perfect combination of cape charm with new, clean modern finishes. Tom P, the owner was incredibly responsive via email and you can tell he really cares about this place. It has a beautiful deck in the back which is just perfect to sit with a drink or to have dinner. The bathroom has a large walk in shower which I appreciated. We didn't need it, but there were new Aircon units throughout the house. I can't wait to book this place again next year. My only reservation in writing such a good review is that it will be fully booked!

Perfect Modern Chic House in Fantastic Location

My first impression of Provincetown was that many places were quite dated despite P-town being a beautiful locale. However, this house was thankfully a remarkable exception. It's very recently updated, modern, and with a very clean fresh feeling that really helps you channel P-town. Furniture and decor is tasteful with hints of mid-century modern and some playful art. The bathroom is sleek with an awesome shower. Large back deck to enjoy your drink outside. Close enough to the main drag, so that the Boatslip, Local 141, Pop N Dutch, Relish are all within a short walk, but removed enough that you can get some peace and quiet. Owner was an absolute pleasure and I would confidently recommend this property to anyone.

Great Location, Very Nice

Enjoyed a week here with our three adult kids. Simply a great place. Highlights: Clean; comfortable beds; spacious living room; nice kitchen; deck outstanding (used it more than we have in any other Cape rental); immaculate shower and bathroom; ample parking; very friendly and helpful neighbor. We can’t wait to go back next summer.

Beautifully appointed apartment on a lovely street in the West End.

A lovely 2-bedroom apartment with all the amenities one could ask for. Quite possibly our favorite place we've stayed in P'Town.

An absolutely wonderful place!

This was our third summer in a row spending a week in Ptown and this is the best place we've stayed! There is no better location - close to everything, but on a quiet street. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We loved grilling and eating out on the big deck in the back. And dealing with the owner was a breeze - he was responsive, communicative and generous. The downstairs neighbors were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. When we return next summer, we hope to make this apartment our home again for a week. Thank you Tom!

Perfect Provincetown Retreat!

This is a beautiful, modern, clean condo situated perfectly in the heart of Provincetown. We had a wonderful stay at the charming home on Franklin Street. It is well situated on a quiet street right off the bustling Commercial Street with all the best beaches, restaurants, shops and bars a short walk from your front door. The condo is beautiful - charming but clean, comfortable and modern. The porch deck is perfect with both morning and evening sunshine. The owner was an absolute pleasure and I will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Stay

This place is absolutely fantastic. The location could not be any better, minutes from Commercial Street on the West End. The house is 2 BR (with a great brand new pullout) with a deck; it's beautifully decorated and clean. I would highly recommend staying here. I can not say enough things about the owner or the place.

Absolutely fantastic

I stayed here earlier this summer and it was perfect! The owner is wonderful and the space is modern and spotless, with a fantastic kitchen and deck in back. Also, the location is ideal - a quiet part of the West End but just a few minutes to Commercial Street and the center of Town. I COULD NOT recommend this more highly!

Great Location for a perfect week!

My partner and I have been coming to Provincetown for years! We absolutely love the town, the shows, the food, the weather, etc. In the past we have always chosen to stay at a bed and breakfast, but this year we thought we would change it up a bit a rent a house from VRBO. We chose the beautiful house at 18 Franklin Street and could NOT have been more pleased. From the very beginning, working with the owner Tom, was seamless. He responded to us quickly, answered all of our questions and was very friendly. Tom was a pleasure to with throughout the entire rental process. After receiving the house instructions we were ready to enjoy our vacation! Franklin Street was gorgeous and in the perfect location; the house was extremely clean, the appliances completely updated and modern, and the condo was a perfect size! With the top of the line appliances and a fully functioning kitchen, we chose to cook in a couple of times! The dishwasher and washer/dryer were also very handy to have on our trip. The condo is upstairs with a balcony and grill in the back. I really hate to write this review, because I don’t want the condo to be difficult to rent in the future, but this rental property and the owner Tom made our vacation the best we have ever had in P-Town! We will definitely be back next summer, if not sooner!
