The unit was in a nice neighborhood, and very open, clean, and comfortable. It is a tri level home so lots of stairs! The main floor is very open and bright with three bedrooms on the top floor and one on the very bottom/first floor. A great setup! The air fryer in the kitchen was a plus, and the washer and dryer were great to have after traveling for a week! And being only a mile from the beach was a nice bonus. Very nice property.

A group of friends and I stayed at the property and truly enjoyed our experience. The place is spacious and was very clean and cozy. We look forward to staying again when we return to Norfolk.

Great Place

Property and host were great! We had an issue in the late hours on our first night stay. However, host was available and took care of the problem! Everything was great and smooth after that. I will be staying here again when back in town and highly recommend it to others!

- Very clean - King beds a plus - Great water pressure - No trash bags found - No hot tub as advertised - No hand soap in individual restrooms - Not enough seating for group at small kitchen table (2 chairs)

Weekend Tournament

Communication was great. We were coming in early for our first game and had a late game sunday. I inquired about early in late out and there was no issues extending. Great house for the group. Would absolutely stay again next year for the event we went down for.

Weekend family stay

We spent three nights at coastal charm. The townhome was beautiful and very clean. Check-in process was easy. It was within walking distance or a short drive to most things you would need. There was room for two cars right outside the home but more parking was available. Of note, the space is split into three levels, which I could not tell by the listing, with one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, the kitchen on the second floor, and the three other bedrooms on the third floor. I think that is important when you have family who may not be able to climb steps well. The kitchen had the basic necessities and a washer and dryer was available to you. There were enough washcloths and towels for everyone in our party. Overall, this was a beautiful stay and location. I would definitely recommend this home to others.
