Spacieux Lakefront Cottage!

Nouvellement rĂ©novĂ© chalet au bord du lac avec des fenĂȘtres et les terrasses donnant sur le magnifique lac Missaukee. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  16 personnes. L'unitĂ© est composĂ©e de 5 chambres et places de couchage. Cuisine et salle rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. FenĂȘtres donnent sur le lac Ă  travers Missaukee et le paysage pittoresque. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e d'une cuisiniĂšre, lave-vaisselle, four, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, ainsi que des plats et l'argenterie. Il ya beaucoup d'espace pour garer les voitures / remorques de bateaux sur le cĂŽtĂ© opposĂ© de la rue de la maison.

Il ya beaucoup d'espace extĂ©rieur pour passer du temps avec la famille et les amis! Il y a une grande terrasse donnant sur le lac avec vue sur les plus beaux levers de soleil, un droit de fosse feu de joie prĂšs de l'eau, et 75 pi de lac. Un ponton est disponible Ă  la location (s'il vous plaĂźt nous contacter si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ©). Pour ceux qui ont leurs propres skis bateaux / Jet, il est une rampe de lancement Ă  Lake City. Nous avons beaucoup de place pour garer les bateaux dans l'eau prĂšs de la maison. Il y a un filet de volley disponible qui peut ĂȘtre installĂ© dans l'eau ainsi que des kayaks, un bateau Ă  aubes.
WiFi est disponible dans tout l'Ă©tablissement.

Pour ceux qui louent la propriété en hiver, il ya beaucoup de stations de ski situées à proximité de la maison, y compris Caberfae Peaks, Shanty Creek, et de Boyne Mountain.

Margaret is a great host and greeted us upon arrival. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. This lake cottage is quite spacious and accommodated our large family. The lake view was gorgeous and made for a nice relaxing getaway!

A Great Lake get away

The host was extremely nice and met me on arrival. She answered any questions I had and was very informative. Property was spacious and beautiful. Lake city was super cool on the 4th of July, and the neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Would 100 percent stay here again me and my whole party loved it

Our host Margaret was awesome, showed up to greet us upon check in. The cottage had plenty of room for sleeping, several spaces outdoors to enjoy. The lake is beautiful, sandy & clean. We loved listening to the loons. We tubed, waterskied, surfed & fished. We also went to a few restaurants by boat that we were able to have dinner & watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!!!

The house was clean and a perfect fit for our family of 14. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of storage for the food and necessities we brought. There was plenty of seating outside for the whole family. We spent the mornings fishing, the afternoons swimming in the lake, and the evenings making smores around the fire pit. The water was shallow to the end of the dock and perfect for the kids to swim without worry. It was a great week!

Perfect Location

Great location on the lake. Pontoon boat had new seating and a new Mercury engine. Great dock and deck area for relaxing and fishing. Owners were easy to work with and answered any and all questions.

Great Weekend Getaway

The home was perfect for 2 families with little kids. We had a great weekend! The water near the dock/shore is perfect for young children as it is sandy and shallow. We rented the pontoon boat and were able to go for a fun ride as well. Highly recommend!

Cute cottage!

The property was spacious and inviting! The lake was beautiful! Our extended family enjoyed the stay while we celebrated my niece's graduation! We had an issue with the internet that required a Spectrum guy to come in during our stay and there was an issue with large flying ants. The owners were great about communication though and the overall stay was good enough that we'd definitely come back!

Cute little getaway

We stayed here over the July 4th holiday for a few days. Cottage was cute, roomy with gorgeous views. It’s a bit dated and could use some updating. The lake is calm, shallow and great for kids to swim and fish! Never been to Lake City before so it was our first time. The town itself is very small with not a lot offer. We did venture to Cadillac which had a cute downtown, local shopping and more diversity. All in all we had a good time away.

What can I say. This lake house was beyond anything our group could have asked for. The house was spacious, entertainment area was incredible and the views were certainly memorable! Margaret was an excellent host and was a delight to communicate with. Highly recommend the pontoon boat for sunset rides and sandbar hangs.

Relaxing Vacation

This was our first visit to Lake City and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and perfect amount of space for our family of 8 (it was supposed to be more but we had some cancellations). We enjoyed meeting the homeowner, Margaret, very much and she surprised us with a homemade treat the night before we checked out. Two things that just need to be mentioned...the driveway is very steep and there are many steps down to the water. This didn't impede our visit but may others. We rented the pontoon boat and while it wasn't good for tubing it was perfect for lake cruising and sitting at the sand bar enjoying the water and some music. Wonderful Lake House Family Vacation !

It’s hard to describe what staying at this lovely lake house meant to our family. There were 11 of us and we felt comfortable and it was spacious enough to spread out or be together. The house had all the amenities we needed. The view was unparalleled. While it didn’t have a beach, the sandy bottom and shallow clear area by the dock was perfect for our family. We loved the use of the kayaks and the paddle boat. And, especially loved having the pontoon boat to fish, take lake cruises and ride over to Lake City for dinner and ice cream! Margaret was the perfect host and had everything ready for us. Really enjoyed talking with her. She was very responsive to any questions and even purchased a mini high chair for the grandbaby. So thoughtful. We highly recommend this Lake Missaukee property. Would love to come back!

Lovely extended family vacation

Lovely property and attentive friendly host. Margret got back to us immediately with questions and when we locked ourselves out of rooms. She was also exceedingly helpful before we even got there. We were 12 people ranging from 1 to 79. House layout worked wonderfully. The views were amazing. Just becareful with the stairs to the loft (very open and a bit shallow coming down). Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat. We took boat for 4 days and it allowed lake exploration, deep water swimming, sand bar visits, and to lake city for ice cream. Kayaks and paddle boat were also hits. Saddly the pictures were old, so there is no beach, but water is super shallow. There are lots of steps down to water but they are not steep and have great railings. Overall had a fabulous time and would return!
