Espaciosa casa de campo frente al lago!

Recién remodelada casa frente al lago con las ventanas y terrazas con vistas sobre el hermoso Lago Missaukee. La casa tiene capacidad para 16 personas. La unidad consta de 5 habitaciones y lugares para dormir. Cocina y baño recientemente renovado. De Windows en todo mirador Lago Missaukee y el pintoresco paisaje. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa, lavavajillas, horno, frigorífico, así como platos y cubiertos. Hay un montón de espacio para aparcar coches / remolques de embarcaciones en el lado opuesto de la calle de la casa.

Hay un montón de espacio al aire libre para pasar tiempo con la familia y amigos! Hay una gran terraza con vistas al lago con vistas a los más bellos amaneceres, un derecho hoguera hoyo cerca del agua, y 75 pies de frente al lago. Un barco pontón está disponible para alquiler (por favor, póngase en contacto con nosotros si está interesado). Para los que tienen sus propios esquís barcos / a reacción, hay un lanzamiento de un barco en Lake City. Tenemos un montón de espacio para aparcar barcos en el agua cerca de la casa. Hay una red de voleibol disponible que se puede configurar en el agua, así como kayaks, un bote de remos.

This property was perfect for our family lots to do to stay occupied for every age group. The lake is beautiful and clean. The house and property were well taken care of. Margaret is a great host and greeted us upon arrival. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. This lake cottage is quite spacious and accommodated our large family. The lake view was gorgeous and made for a nice relaxing getaway!

The house was great. The only thing was the portable air conditioners couldn’t keep up with the heat the weekend we stayed. Margaret was great and very helpful.

The house was clean and a perfect fit for our family of 14. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of storage for the food and necessities we brought. There was plenty of seating outside for the whole family. We spent the mornings fishing, the afternoons swimming in the lake, and the evenings making smores around the fire pit. The water was shallow to the end of the dock and perfect for the kids to swim without worry. It was a great week!

Our host Margaret was awesome, showed up to greet us upon check in. The cottage had plenty of room for sleeping, several spaces outdoors to enjoy. The lake is beautiful, sandy & clean. We loved listening to the loons. We tubed, waterskied, surfed & fished. We also went to a few restaurants by boat that we were able to have dinner & watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend & will be back again!!!

A Great Lake get away

The host was extremely nice and met me on arrival. She answered any questions I had and was very informative. Property was spacious and beautiful. Lake city was super cool on the 4th of July, and the neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Would 100 percent stay here again me and my whole party loved it

Cute little getaway

We stayed here over the July 4th holiday for a few days. Cottage was cute, roomy with gorgeous views. It’s a bit dated and could use some updating. The lake is calm, shallow and great for kids to swim and fish! Never been to Lake City before so it was our first time. The town itself is very small with not a lot offer. We did venture to Cadillac which had a cute downtown, local shopping and more diversity. All in all we had a good time away.

Family vacation

We all had a great time even through the weather did not want to cooperate. The house had everything we needed and the owners were super nice! Only the upstairs is air conditioned though so you will want to have fans on the main level

Cute cottage!

The property was spacious and inviting! The lake was beautiful! Our extended family enjoyed the stay while we celebrated my niece's graduation! We had an issue with the internet that required a Spectrum guy to come in during our stay and there was an issue with large flying ants. The owners were great about communication though and the overall stay was good enough that we'd definitely come back!

Family vacation

The hosts were wonderful to work with from the very beginning when we booked. Margaret met us upon arrival, shared information and answered any questions we had. She responded quickly to any questions/issues that came about during our stay. We had a wonderful time at the lake. Our party ranged in age from 70s- age 3. My MIL enjoyed being able to watch the kids play in the water from the beautiful lake view window and the 2nd deck. The family enjoyed the firepit, the kayaks and the paddle boat. However, my son said it is easier to guide going backwards.Lol We rented the pontoon and enjoyed just cruising around the lake. We also docked at the Lake City Village community dock by the little park and would go grab ice cream at Tasty Treat or a bite to eat in town. I would suggest making sure the pontoon has ropes and bumpers attached before trying to dock somewhere other than the house dock. Some of our group also enjoyed finding different spots in the lake, anchoring and fishing. They also did some fishing right off the dock and had success. The water was shallow enough for the littles to swim. The lake bottom wasn’t as sandy as we would have liked, but it was ok. There were certain spots that felt more mushy. Overall, we had a great time and were sad vacation was over.

Great Weekend Getaway

The home was perfect for 2 families with little kids. We had a great weekend! The water near the dock/shore is perfect for young children as it is sandy and shallow. We rented the pontoon boat and were able to go for a fun ride as well. Highly recommend!

Lake Memories

What can I say. This lake house was beyond anything our group could have asked for. The house was spacious, entertainment area was incredible and the views were certainly memorable! Margaret was an excellent host and was a delight to communicate with. Highly recommend the pontoon boat for sunset rides and sandbar hangs.

Great family get away

This property worked great for our family. Our kids had a great time playing in the beach area, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, or just playing hide and seek around the house. Only thing we were disappointed in was that the pontoon didn’t have lights, so you could not go out after dark. For us, the weather wasn’t the warmest, so we didn’t anyway, but if the weather would have been warmer we would have wanted to go out later, or atleast had the opportunity to, considering how much it costs to rent the pontoon. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this property!

Lovely extended family vacation

Lovely property and attentive friendly host. Margret got back to us immediately with questions and when we locked ourselves out of rooms. She was also exceedingly helpful before we even got there. We were 12 people ranging from 1 to 79. House layout worked wonderfully. The views were amazing. Just becareful with the stairs to the loft (very open and a bit shallow coming down). Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat. We took boat for 4 days and it allowed lake exploration, deep water swimming, sand bar visits, and to lake city for ice cream. Kayaks and paddle boat were also hits. Saddly the pictures were old, so there is no beach, but water is super shallow. There are lots of steps down to water but they are not steep and have great railings. Overall had a fabulous time and would return!

Relaxing Vacation

This was our first visit to Lake City and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and perfect amount of space for our family of 8 (it was supposed to be more but we had some cancellations). We enjoyed meeting the homeowner, Margaret, very much and she surprised us with a homemade treat the night before we checked out. Two things that just need to be mentioned...the driveway is very steep and there are many steps down to the water. This didn't impede our visit but may others. We rented the pontoon boat and while it wasn't good for tubing it was perfect for lake cruising and sitting at the sand bar enjoying the water and some music. Thank you for sharing your home Margaret!
