The Space:

Bedrooms: Three elegantly furnished bedrooms await, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed with its own bathroom shower/tub plus private balcony access, while the additional second bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom features a king-sized bed, all adorned with premium linens.

Each bedroom includes smart TVs.





Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of two pristine bathrooms, equipped with plush towels, complimentary toiletries, and modern fixtures.



Living Area:

Step into the spacious living area, where natural light floods the space through large windows with a beautiful golf course view. The tastefully decorated interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day on the golf course. Lounge on comfortable sofas while enjoying the view or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring modern appliances, cookware, and ample counter space. Enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for 6 guests additionally with counter area seating, or take your breakfast al fresco on the private oversized balcony with stunning views.

Our condo is strategically located next door to the World Tour golf course, offering easy access to tee times and the ultimate golfing experience. 10 minutes drive to Boardwalk and beach access 5 minutes drive to the nearest stores and Coastal Grand Mall.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to all amenities on site and complete access to the unit in it's entirety.



Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy!



Free parking is available for cars, trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

1) I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests. I do not and pay that charge myself.



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous administration or booking fees like most on these platforms. I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning fees are a standard rate across Myrtle Beach. You’ll enjoy arriving to a sparkling clean home, and so will the next guests! There is a special team assigned to this property and they are great at their job.





The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
