Make yourself right at home. This villa sleeps up to 6, has a home-workspace with computer desk, high-speed WiFi, & cable TV with Roku for streaming. From pool noodles to a wine decanter, a practice golf-putting green to the beach chairs & sand umbrella, a variety of board games and paperback books to read, you’ll find it at Mulligan’s Landing.
The area: Located within the “Grand Villas at World Tour” resort, this is a peaceful, relaxing community within all the excitement of the Grand Strand’s many attractions. We are an easy ten minute ride to the airport and just 6 miles to the gorgeous sandy beach. Moments from waterparks, Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach, sports centers, theatres, state parks, Barefoot Landing, shopping outlets and the activities list just goes on and on. Myrtle Beach is never lacking in thrilling things to do for all ages with various interests.

We love staying here!

This was our second stay. Kim, the host, is absolutely wonderful! We can't say enough good things about her. Super responsive and friendly. Everything is immaculate and the massage chair is awesome. We will be back next year.

Nice place

This condo was nice and clean. Beds were too soft and uncomfortable. The location was a little less accessible than anticipated and we were unable to walk to local places due to being right off a major road with no sidewalks. Host was attentive and easy to communicate with.

Baseball trip

Rented out the condo for my son’s baseball trip and it was very easy to check in and out very well kept up and comfortable. I would recommend getting another one if I would come back to town. Location was in a good place just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go.

Convenient and Quiet

The condo backs to a golf course but is private and quiet. Really enjoyed sitting on back deck in the morning. Great location especially for a golfing trip, not what we did. Convenient to Coastal Carolina University, the Airport, and good seafood, which were our priorities for this short trip.

Ripken Baseball Tournament

Very comfortable stay here with my 14 year old son . Conveniently located less than 10 min from field. Away from the traffic of Myrtle Beach but close enough to visit the beach. Would recommend!

Perfect golf location

The condo was perfect in all things we were looking for. Close to the golf courses we played, World Tour and River Oaks as well as close to restaurants and all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The host used smart home technology that allowed easy access to the condo as well as to the host. The facilities were very comfortable and accommodating. Would readily stay again.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed the condo very much. Great location nearby golfing courses. Very convenient near stores and fitness centers we used. The host was friendly and responsive to any need. Will definitely check availability for next year.

A Thanksgiving Getaway

Excellent!

The condo was PERFECT! Very roomy, cozy & clean! Beds were amazingly comfortable and bathrooms are spacious! We had a group of seven consisting of family and friends, four of whom are in their late seventies! Condo is on the 3rd floor with an elevator! HUGE plus for older guests! The balcony was an instant hit w/the seniors! They loved having their coffee each morning in the four chairs and two small tables provided, while overlooking the golf course and the beautiful view! The kitchen was very roomy and well-stocked. The entire area is quiet, clean and friendly. No worries of safety at all. Kim, the host is phenomenal!! Very accommodating and easily accessible with any questions!! If you are thinking about booking this VRBO listing, look no further- this is the absolutely BEST!

A GEM

From the time I requested a reservation and got an immediate response to the morning of our departure, our owner contact, Kim, was a gem to work with. Even before we arrived, Kim emailed us ideas and information on fun and new things to do in Myrtle Beach. We had a major concern upon arriving to a poorly cleaned unit. Immediately, Kim, realizing that the sub for her usual cleaning service had failed to meet her expectations offered to send someone to reclean. We declined as we had already taken the steps we needed to clean and sanitize the unit for our family although we needed some guidance on a few other concerns which turned out to be our oversights. Kim was so kind and understanding, immediately accessible, and thoroughly concerned with our comfort throughout our entire stay. The unit was as comfortable and spacious as pictured. With 4 beds in two bedrooms we had adequate sleeping arrangements for our 3 adults and 3 teens. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was pituresque and the location was quiet and calm. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. .
