Amazing Gulf Views with unbelievable Sunsets! Newly renovated 3rd floor condo in Westshore of Naples Cay with Gulf Views! 2 bedrooms with a den and 2 full baths and designer touches throughout. You are steps to the sandy beaches and the boardwalk. Centrally located and between Pelican Bay and Park Shore in a guard gated community. Close to Venetian Village, Waterside Shops, Mercato and Fifth Avenue! This rental is offered monthly and weekly! Sleeps 6. There is an HOA Application that must be filled out by the tenant.

The property manager had no record of our booking. The bathroom rugs were not clean, we had to wash them. We also had to vacuum the main area rugs. The online pics did not show the property as it actually is. Not a problem but the pics should match the property. The charge for cleaning is outrageous the owner is definitely not getting his monies worth, but since we pay for it we’re getting good value either. There were no instructions on how to leave the unit so we didn’t concern ourselves with it. On the positive side nice “beachy” decore

Beautiful condo, horrible communication

We could not have asked for a more beautiful property to spend our Christmas, family vacation. The unit, view, neighborhood were all amazing!The property manager was the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of renting VRBOs. Zero communication after I booked. I had to email to get the paperwork. I had to email to get the check-in code. I received zero communication about the check-out process.Additionally the listing lacks accurate information. We had 5 in our party. Linens for the pull-out bed were not provided. We had to take from the other beds in the unit for bedding. Beach towels were not provided. Dish soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, body wash, paper towel were also not provided. I messaged the manager while on our trip with a question and received zero response.For the expense we paid for this trip, I was extremely let down with the property manager. Should you choose to stay here, I would limit your expectations on this end.

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. It is a beautiful location with great sunsets, a beautiful beach and nice pool. However the condo was not clean. It was almost like they forgot we were coming. We had to request check in info. The condo was not clean. When we arrived it smelled. We found feces in the bathroom toilet that had been there for a while. Ants on the floor and countertops. It is obviously a recurring problem since there was an abundance of ant killer in the unit. The coffee maker was dirty. We bought sheets and a blanket as the provided sheets were worn and pilled. There was no blanket provided. We were never given check out instructions. Property manager needs to up their game big time. The property is great but this unit was sub par and disappointing.
