Naples Park Shore Resort "your home away from home". The warmest of welcomes awaits your arrival at our tropical hideaway in Naples Florida, complete with serene waterways and lavish greenery that will make you feel miles away. Park Shore Resort Naples features stylish accommodations and residential-style amenities, including a heated swimming pool, tennis, racquetball and pickleball courts, a fitness center, lakefront walking paths and on-property dining at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant & Bar.
The newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a corner penthouse boasting views of Palm Trees, PSR water features and views of the Gulf Shore Drive skyline including the sunset skyline. The condo boast an open floor plan living room, dining, kitchen combination opened to the spacious screened in balcony. This unique condo complex is within walking distance to Seagate beach and just 1 mile to Clam Pass Beach. Clam Pass Beach offers free golf cart rides over a mile of boardwalk through mangrove trees. Clam Pass Beach offers their guests the public side which includes use of a restaurant and facilities or enjoy the amenities offered by the Grand Hyatt Hotel including chairs, umbrella, drink and food service for a fee. The Venetian Villages for shopping and dining are "just a stretch of the legs" and Naples 5th, 3rd Avenue, Mercato Outdoor Venue are all just a 5 min car ride from the condo or jump on the trolly to downtown.

I have been a part of the VRBO family for over 20 years with 3 properties. I have over 75 5 star reviews for my Topsail North Carolina property and 30 with my Belleyare Upstate NY property, I look forward to great reviews with my Naples Florida property. Like my other properties I alway start with location, location, location. All of my properties are in the best locations. The next focus is a completely renovated or brand new space with high end appliances and decor that includes monochromatic color pallet. Communication with my guest is of the upmost importance and I am available any time. My guests are the most important with most of my guests are returning. I pride myself that a large percent of my guests are families who come back year after year to make wonderful memories with their families.
