The open concept lends large bay windows and glass sliding door so you can enjoy the water views from the living, kitchen and dining rooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped to cook all your favorite meals and has 2 seats at the kitchen bar. The dining area has enough seating for six so the whole famiy can enjoy breakfast while embracing the coastal ambience. Get a good nights rest after a day of fun in the sun in our 2 cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed as well as seating for 2 and a dresser with plenty of storage for all of your island attire. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and bright naughtical decor.  During your stay enjoy the wonderful amenities offered in the neighborhood.  Spend your days relaxing at the pool, bring your putter and practice your aim on the putting green or fish away your stress on the fishing pier. Minutes away from charming shops and restaurants, Royal Oaks is reinventing the coastal living experience.  There is a ring camera on the front door for security purposes only.  Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
