Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

☀️HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports geckos, ants & occasional roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are part of normal island living.
