Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 7-bedroom home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the private backyard, pool, hot tub, putting green, and all other listed amenities.

For your convenience, we provide:
* Self check-in with a smart lock for easy, keyless entry.
* Full access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
* A Pack 'n Play and a high chair for families traveling with young children.
* A comprehensive electronic guidebook, sent three days before your check-in, with all property details and local recommendations.

Other things to note
* **Pool Heating:**
Pool Policy: The pool is open from March 1 to December 1. Pool heating is optional and available for $200 per night during cooler months (March 1–June 1 and September 1–December 1). Please request pool heating at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that when nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, the pool may not reach or maintain higher temperatures.

* **Early Check-in/Late Check-out:** These may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.

* **Pets:** Pets welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

* **Garbage Disposal:**
Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for all trash. Do not place loose garbage into the outdoor cans.

* **Deliveries & Personal Items:**
We are not responsible for any packages delivered to the property or for personal items left behind after checkout.

* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.

* **Larger Groups:**

* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
