The home is located just steps from the beach and the Villa Pool, this newly remodeled lakefront home includes fresh, new wall colors, new carpet throughout and a beautifully redesigned modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new tile flooring. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms provide ample space for a large family or group, and children of all ages will enjoy Heart of the Bay’s recently remodeled basement game room with an 80’s style-arcade stand-up video game system, foosball table, Xbox video game console, TV, board games, and more. Adjacent to the game room is a carpeted bunk room with four single beds, a queen bed, and a full bath. A new 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV is in the main living room, HD Smart TVs in the third-floor master bedrooms, and a 42-inch TV in the game room. The outdoor living spaces are as welcoming and comfortable as the inside. Guests enjoy panoramic views of the lake from a large covered deck off of the main living room (within dining furniture, gas grill, and rocking chairs), a private, covered porch outside the third-story master bedroom, plus a screened front porch, and a ground-level patio off of the game room that provides direct and easy access to the beach, lake, adjacent walkways and a private dock that extends into the lake. The Neighborhood:
Chesnut Bay Resort and Great Escapes RV resorts and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.

Getting Around:
No outside golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local restaurants
