This is a 1 bedroom ground floor at Las Palomas Cabrillo building with an addition separate bunk room with a twin bed over full. A king size bed is featured in the master bedroom.

In addition to Cabrillo 102 we also own the neighboring units 1 bedroom Cortez 102, and 2 bedrooms ñ: Cabrillo 103, 104 and 106. Perfect for large parties looking for premium ground floor locations.

Spectacular Ground Floor in Phase 2 with direct access to the pool area and beach. This condominum offers all the amenities to make your vacation unforgettable. Fantastic Stay & Exceptional Host!We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit was much larger than we anticipated and the location was perfect—the patio is right next to the main office with direct access to the upper pools. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our trip.A huge thank you to the owner! I had a lot of questions leading up to the trip, and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful. All the units managed by him in our group were top-notch. Check-in was a breeze at the front desk at 4 PM.A few tips for future guests:• Pack Light on Gear: The resort provides shade structures at the beach entrance, so you likely won't need to bring your own chairs or umbrellas.• Lazy River: Bring your own tubes/floats if you want to use the lazy river!• Kitchen/Towels: Bring your own beach towels (to avoid the front desk rental fees/fines) and pack some basic seasonings (salt/pepper) and a baking pan if you plan to cook.• Food: Don't overpack groceries! The local restaurants are amazing, safe, and priced for every budget. They are a huge part of the experience.We’d definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.As it was our first time to Rocky Point we did not know what to expect. We will definitely return and book at the same location.Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.I highly recommend attending the Day of the Dead celebration in town and trying different restaurants. The seafood was fabulous!

It was a nice cute experience but the cleaning crew they need to dust the fans the fan in the master bedroom needed to be clean for dust it had a dust literally pack on it looked for years it wasn’t clean, which I made housekeeping clean it when I saw her. Other than that it was a nice little get away. Thank You
