Ideal for business or leisure travelers, this La Quinta home features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, complete with a private pool and spa. Revel in the California sun while enjoying modern conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen and Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room.
Perfect for families or groups of friends seeking an extended getaway, this property is your ticket to experiencing the beauty of desert life and exploring attractions in Coachella Valley, Palm Springs, and La Quinta. With keyless entry and a spacious 3,030 square feet of living space, your comfort and convenience are guaranteed.
Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and charging stations. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with everything needed for an extended stay, including a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, grinder, and French press. Other amenities include free WiFi, central air conditioning and heating, a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, plus so much more.
Guests have full access to the house and backyard, including private driveway and garage spaces. However, certain HOA and house rules must be followed, including no parties or events exceeding a capacity of 10 people, adherence to designated quiet hours, and proper disposal of trash. Weekly landscape, pool service, and pool/spa heating are provided, with utilities paid from a utility deposit.
Pets are allowed with a minimum monthly fee, subject to management approval. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. The renter is to pay utilities (water, electric, gas) plus a cleaning fee of $300 every two weeks. Upon approved credit, move-in costs include the first month's rent plus an additional month's rent for deposit and utilities.
PET RULES: Supervision: Do not leave pets unattended. Please arrange for a sitter or take them with you. Cleanliness: Ensure pets are clean. Guests must clean up after their pets, inside and outside. Furniture: Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Bring your pet's bed or crate. Damage: Guests are liable for any pet damage. Extra cleaning fees may apply for pet-related issues. Noise: Pets should not disturb neighbors. Persistent noise may lead to extra charges or an end-of-stay fee. Amenities: We provide pet bowls and waste bags. Dispose of waste properly. Health: Pets must be vaccinated and free of fleas/ticks. Provide proof if requested. By bringing your pet, you agree to these terms.
SMOKING: This is a non-smoking house. If there is evidence of smoking, it will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee, and the tenant will be liable for any other damages.
CHECK OUT:
-Gather used towels: Please gather all used towels and place them in the laundry room. We will handle the rest.
-Throw trash away: Please throw all trash in the outside bins located on the side of the house.
-Turn things off: Make sure to turn all the lights and TVs off.
-Lock up: Please make sure the patio door is locked and any windows that were opened.
-Additional requests: Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you leave.
