Spacious house with long gated driveway. Open and roomy living, kitchen and dining area. Stylish kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Three bedrooms with 5 beds. Primary bedroom has king bed and on suite bathroom. Second bedroom had a queen bed and third bedroom has a single twin and a bunkbed with a twin and a full. Walk in showers in both bathrooms. Half a mile to the Fulton fishing pier and marina. 6 blocks to restaurants and bars. 3 miles to Rockport beach.

Lovely Home. Fantastic Location.

The property was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. We could not have asked for a better location, walking distance to the Fulton Marina. We had a wonderful time.

Property was very nice and clean. Definitely will stay there again. Needs a blender in the kitchen and a mirror in the master bathroom, but other than that, everything was great!

If you’re looking for a fun family, House, where you could get to the fishing pier very quickly in Fulton. This is the spot. There’s plenty of good restaurants around the area as well. H-E-B is close as well. And if you want more beach fun, you can make the beautiful drive down to Port Aransas

Great Place Near Everything

This is a great house on a very shaded lot. The property is very secure with a coded walk-thru gate and driveway gate. The inside is done very nice with nice upgrades. The property manager is very quick to respond. We will definitely be back.
