Contemporary 7 bedroom house with spectacular oceanviews. Just 75 feet away from the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Beach. 3 Outdoor decks, including a rooftop deck that offers a 360 degree views of Rehoboth Beach, DE. First floor features Double Living room with 3 sofas and additional chairs, Large flat screen TV, Double Dining room that seats up to 20, and full kitchen, the open floor plan offers a great place for everyone to spend time together. Access to front patio, a great place relax and enjoy your morning coffee, you'll be the envy of everyone. No need to rush here, the Beach is just steps away. The ground floor also features a Slate patio with built in gas grill and hot tub added in 2011. Guests can't wait to return year after year as this property in constantly upgraded for the ultimate Rehoboth Beach vacation.

Need a little privacy, there are also 3 bedrooms on the first floor including 2 Master Suites. Bedroom 1 - Master Suite has King size bed and private bath, convertible Daybed, offers additional seating by day, and sleeping accomodations at night. Flat screen TV. Room has own access to slate patio with Hot tub.

Bedroom 2 - Master Suite has queen size bed and a private bath with a spectacular rounded shower. Flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3 has twin size bunk beds and additional twin bed to comfortably sleep 3 guests. TV.

The second floor has another large Living room area (seats 20) and an outside deck with great ocean views. Take the Spiral staircase to the rooftop deck and see all of Rehoboth Beach. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, Bedroom 4 has queen size bed and access to 2nd floor deck and new flat screen TV added in 2012.

Bedroom 6 has twin size bunk bed.

Bedroom 7 - Master suite has King size bed, private bath and it's own private deck with ocean views. New flat screen TV added in 2012.

We love this house! We've gone there twice for our biannual family reunions. The location -- a block from the beach and boardwalk -- is perfect. The house is beautifully decorated. There's lots of space to hang out. All of the equipment, from steak knives to the hot tub, are top quality and in excellent condition. We look forward to (hopefully) to having our 2007 reunion there!

We have rented this property multiple times and it never fails to impress. The location can’t be beat but the home itself was perfect for our winter beach vacation. We played games, used the wood burning fireplace, spent hours in the hot tub and walked to shopping and restaurants.
