This was our fourth year staying at this house. It is always extremely clean, and comfortable. The location cannot be beat: it is walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk while still feeling quiet and serene. We have never had an issue with the host or the property. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Property has plenty of space for families, two separate living areas, a screened in back porch and is very comfortable. We have stayed the last three years, there were some nice touches (some upgrades and new items) this year! Great communication, our family continues to make memories here!

Excellent, well-equipped and well-maintained house. Great with children with a small backyard and front yard for playing, so close to the beach. We rented linens and a wagon to transport all our gear and tow children to the beach every morning. By noon it was lunch and nap time and it was so wonderful to have a short walk back. We brought a blow-up kiddie pool which we set up in the back yard and was perfect for rinsing off and afternoon play. The dining room accommodates 8 comfortably, but we ate out on the screened-in back porch, making clean-up easy.Highly recommend.Minor note: the kitchen could use a dish drain.

Why they chose this property

The convenience of walking only a half block to the boardwalk and beach. When you arrive park your car and walk everywhere. After the beach wash the sand off in your outdoor shower. Since you're at the beach take in the salt air either on your screened porch, front porch or upper deck with ocean views.

FYI- Cleaning procedures for 19 Olive Ave. Rehoboth Beach
We have always and will continue to sanitize kitchen and baths between guests. Special attention is paid to frequently touched items, TV remotes, wall switches, door knobs, etc. A sanitation spray is used on beds and bed covers. The home is thoroughly vacuumed. Our cleaning staff has always done an excellent job. We promise our guests that we make every effort to maintain a clean and welcoming home.

Thanks, Ann

What makes this property unique
