The house was a perfect place to spend time with my extended family. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were good sized. The house was full of amenities that made choosing a house over a hotel a great choice.

Our likes: a vrbo was better for our family , allowed us freedom and the children to play, the spa was delightful, warm and enjoyedOur Dislikes: musty smell in the house, mold in all bathrooms which the property manager was made aware of and resolved, towels were stained and thin, sheets were the wrong size for the bed, there were xtra pillows but no pillowcases, the kitchen table and chairs/benches were dirty, there is a hole in the wall in the backyard where neighbors were watching us

Rick was excellent with the one minor issue when we checked in. The house was perfect for our work group attending a conference. Will definitely book again.

Nice house

The house was very nice and clean. I wish there were more staples. There wasn’t even salt. Most Vrbo homes I’ve stayed in had more staples. The other thing is I didn’t understand that I could only have EITHER the pool or hot tub heated. So I chose the hot tub and the pool was too cold to swim in. We didn’t end up having much time for the pool anyway, but just wanted to let people know that you can’t have both heated. I can say the hot tub jets are powerful and much appreciated after a day walking at Disneyland. The big king bed is so comfy. I didn’t test the others but no complaints from the rest of the family. Kids loved the bunk beds.

Home needs a little TLC

The wall decals have seen better days. Captain hook missing feet, Hakuna Matata falling off in kitchen. Mattresses all dip in the middle and were not comfortable. The shower heads are really low, not meant for anyone over 5'3. The futon in the master bedroom is flaking off. The kitchen faucet leaks. The blinds in one of the kids rooms is broken so you can see in from outside. The faucet in the hall bath is pulled away from the stall and the towel rack is very rusted. There are bugs in the light above master bed. not fun to look at when laying in bed. We had to call the police on Friday evening to have a homeless man smoking pot escorted away from the front yard. The location is great. Home has great space. Could use some simple items like salt in kitchen.

Mixed Bag, But Overall Good (Would Stay Again!)

3 Categories to Help You Decide... "Red Flags" 1. When we got there, the back door was unlocked. 2. Many of the beds were very squeaky. 3. I tried to contact the host twice during our stay regarding two questions I had with no answer. 4. There is quite a large gap between the floor and the bottom of the front door. 5. We had to buy a fan for our room. There were fans, but we needed more. We left it there. We couldn't pack it. "Doesn't Matter to Me" 1. The passcode worked, but more often than not, we had to enter it multiple times. 2. The shower heads are comically low. 3. It's also comical how many signs there are reminding people about the rules. "Excellent" 1. Location to Disney! 2. Driveway with parking! 3. Excellent kitchen! 4. Pool! 5. Comfy mattress and pillows despite the squeaky beds! 6. Excellent washer and dryer! 7. Enough hot water! 8. Enough space! 1 master with ensuite (King) - First Couple 1 master with jack and jill bathroom (Queen) - Second Couple 1 queen room - Two little cousins 1 bunk bed room - Two older cousins 1 bunk bed room - Two middle cousins. Two families stayed very comfortably. We would 100% stay again, and if some of those little things would get taken care of or fixed up, this place is the bees knees. If they had beach chairs and boogie boards available, that would be amazing too. They do have a lot of strollers though. We didn't need those. Again...excellent place. Would stay again. I would say more, but I only get 1500 characters

Overall I believe this property was everything advertised. Only issue was the electric lock would sometimes not work on the door. A very minor inconvenience on an otherwise excellent vacation.

As advertised

The house fit a party of 5 adults on a business trip with and privacy for all. Though it was designed for families and children headed to Disney it suited us and was within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center. Would certainly stay again.

Family Disney Vacation

Great location to Disney park entrance. For 3 families, with kids ages 1-8, we were able to access the park, shops, and restaurants all on foot. The double stroller in the garage helped. The house was very clean. Neighborhood very quiet even though just off Katella Ave. Each of the rooms very spacious. More house than we needed. We didn’t use the 5th bedroom. Will definitely book again if/when we return to Anaheim.

Fun house close-ish to Disneyland

The house was very clean. The pool was clean and fenced in. It was long enough from the entrance to Disneyland that you won't want to walk. The liquor store down the street from the house had some unsavory people that yelled threats at us one night. The house was well stocked for a family with children. The paintings on the wall made the house feel fun for the kids. All in all a nice house as long as your don't walk to the theme park or around the neighborhood

Close to Disney!!

Loved that we could walk to Disney (12 minutes) The other reviews mentioned you could cut across a parking lot to make the walk shorter...they do not let you do that anymore. so you just have to walk down the main street then up to downtown disney which is not a bad walk. Neighborhood was quite. Nice place to stay.

Enjoyable stay

Our group consisted of 6 adults and one child. This house was perfect for us. There was an extra bedroom that we didn't even use. Had everything we needed and was walkable to the Disney parks. The interactions with the property managers was great. Would definately stay here again.
