Our Cozy 3 bed and 3 bathroom house includes: Master bedroom with queen bed and modern bath and 35 inch T.V. The second bedroom includes twin over full bunk bed, and a twin bed. A 35 inch T.V. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, and twin bed a 27 inch T.V. The large living room has a 60 inch T.V. and Full sofa bed. The hallway bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. The third bathroom is next to the garage, so it can be used as a washing area after swimming. Spacious kitchen with pots and pans to cook. Separate dinning room area. Inside laundry room. Two car garage. Plenty of parking space in the circular driveway. Spacious private back yard with sparkling non-heated swimming pool.

Florinda is always a fantastic host. Her home has multiple washer and dryers. Kitchen is well equipped. Towels and beddings are always pristine. Always a joy to return to.

The location is excellent if visiting Disneyland. Pool was enjoyed by whole family. House is tired looking and could use a refresh. There was a problem with sugar ants during our stay, they had signs up stating they had sprayed recently, but it was obvious there was still a problem..

Great Disney location

Wonderful house with a great pool. The pool does get very deep so make sure everyone is a good swimmer. There are life jackets provided. Mile walk to Disney. Far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re surrounded by Disney. Lots of good restaurants close by. Owner was very helpful.

GREAT LOCATION

The location was perfect for walking to Disney and the back yard was so accommodating for all of us to relax. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and lots of room for sleeping situations.

Great Host and Great Location

Easy walking distance to anywhere in the area. Check-in went smoothly and it was easy to get in and out. Beds were comfortable and there was a great amount of room to be able to spread out. Would stay here again easily.

Great family place to stay while at Disneyland!

It was my family’s first time at Disneyland and we chose to stay off site.. we found this house and it was absolutely perfect! Lots of space and the backyard was amazing! About a 15 min walk to downtown Disney. Would definitely stay here again.

The backyard outdoor space with the pool and the proximity to Disneyland were the selling points for this property. The number of rooms, beds, and bathrooms fit our 8 member family well. The space was clean, however it needs to be noted that the traffic outside the master bedroom windows is significant. If you are used to living next to a busy street, then no problem.

This was the actual pool view. Very bare of foliage compared to ad.
