This Old River retreat offers covered balcony views, first-come boat slips with direct river access, and two outdoor pools—one overlooking the Gulf, one facing the bay. Step into an open-concept layout featuring tile flooring, comfortable living spaces, and water views that greet you the moment you walk through the door. The covered balcony extends your living space outdoors with seating for relaxing after days spent boating, fishing, or exploring Orange Beach attractions.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom, TV, and Old River views from the room. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
Guest Bedroom: King bed plus twin-over-twin bunk with twin trundle—perfect for families. This room accommodates up to 5 guests and has access to the guest bathroom.
Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Total Sleeping Capacity: 7 guests (1 King + 1 King + 1 twin bunk + 1 twin trundle)
Both bedrooms include TVs, ceiling fans, and quality linens provided.
BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms serve the condo. The primary ensuite features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and serves the guest bedroom and common areas.
LIVING SPACES
The living room features comfortable seating with views toward Old River and a flat-screen TV with streaming capability. The open layout connects seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to gather as a group whether you're watching a movie or planning the next day's adventure.
The dining area includes a round table seating 4, positioned to take advantage of the natural light and water views.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features white cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. The Keurig coffee maker provides your morning caffeine, and you'll find complete cookware, dishes, and utensils for 7+ guests. Granite counters provide ample prep space for meals after shopping at nearby Publix or Walmart, both less than a mile away.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The covered balcony offers Old River views with outdoor seating where you can watch boats pass, enjoy morning coffee, or unwind with sunset views over the water. The covered design provides shade during midday and protection from occasional passing showers.

Parking passes are purchased directly from the Wind Drift Association ($62.10 per vehicle for up to 7 nights, maximum 2 vehicles). Additional nights require additional passes. A gate code is provided by the association.
