Great place

Overall the stay was great and the place was clean. Check-in was a breeze. A few issues with the condo came up early on in our stay but Kevin was very responsive and had the issues fixed as quickly as possible. After that the stay was wonderful and relaxing. The kitchen was great and had all pots and pans I needed (I cooked several times). Location was fantastic (beach wasn’t crowded) and building was nice although we didn’t really use the building amenities. The patio was large and absolutely perfect with views North, East, and a peek to the south (beaches). The master bed mattress is rather worn in and could use replacing. The other beds in the guest room were great.

Gorgeous and spacious condo, perfect location

The online description and photos, while impressive, still didn't do this condo justice in person. We were thrilled with the size of the condo, and the smart layout of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and huge balcony (which can be accessed from the living room or primary bedroom.) The space was exceptionally clean and had everything you'd need for a fun and relaxing vacation. The condo building itself was easy to access. We never had to wait for an elevator, staff and security guard were friendly and helpful, and the location - literally steps off the beach - was ideal. The owner provided all relevant information and could not have been more communicative or helpful both before and during our stay. In fact, our family has such a great time, we booked another stay before we even checked out! We're already looking forward to our return.

Wonderful snowbird experience at Phoenix IX

We had a marvelous “staycation” at Phoenix IX. Our host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Setting dates & handbook provided made our arrival, time spent, & departure effortless! Condo owner was wonderful & checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that would make our stay more enjoyable. The staff & acquaintances we met were so “Alabama friendly” which made us feel very welcomed. We can’t wait for our next stay! Thank you very much, Kevin!

Great location for relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay despite the rainy weather. Overall the condo was great! The only issue we had was not being able to open the blinds and patio door in the primary bedroom but we were able to access the balcony from the spacious main room. The Phoenix IX is in a great location but I wish there were cameras in the parking garage to be able to hold drivers responsible for hitting parked cars, a member of our group found their car had been damaged as we were checking out.

This condo is in a very nice complex with a beautiful beach. While it doesn’t really have ocean view, it’s a great property. The owner/property manager is awesome-very easy to email/text with and the whole process from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless.

Perfect Spring Break vacation!

This is a beautiful, big two bedroom condo that’s in a great location in Orange Beach. I was worried I would miss an ocean front view, but my kids loved watching the boats on the bay from the balcony. Both bedrooms and the living space is comfortable. Loved our stay here!
