Step into a stunningly unique taste of the West! This extraordinary property combines 40 gorgeous country acres with wooded trails, wildlife, horses and miniature cattle. Elegant western décor will assist you in slipping into vacation mode in no time.
When you want to breathe in a bit of fresh air, bring your morning coffee or evening cocktail out to the furnished covered porch. This unforgettable getaway is perfect to simply escape the city and breathe the fresh country air.
Our open plan living area is perfect for lounging in and offers the perfect blend of the beauty and peace of country and the luxurious comforts of home.
Guests can help themselves to complimentary sugar, tea, and coffee. Complimentary towels, bedding & linens, and shower essentials such as shampoos and shower gels are also provided. Guests have access to the large porch, parking, free Wi-Fi, and wooded trails. For an additional fee, guest may overnight with their horses. Stalls, turnout, and RV hook ups available. The large parking area can also accommodate large rigs including semis.
We like to greet guests upon arrival to show them around and answer any questions. We live on-site and are available also by phone or text.

Peaceful weekend away

Very pretty property and wonderful hosts. We loved the peacefulness of being in the country while being near muncie and new castle. Plus, their dogs and cows are very cute!

More Than We Expected

We had a marvelous time. The place was very comfortable and was loaded with horse art. We loved sitting outside. They have very nice walking paths. We fed the cattle and petted the horses. The owners were very friendly & hospitable. It was relaxing and very enjoyable. We went to Minnetrista in Muncie. We had a marvelous time there also. Saw the Bob Ross Museum, the Ball Mansions & other great exhibits. We would definitely stay again.
