This house and property were ideal for our group of 20! Both the property and grounds were clean and well kept. The grounds are spacious and beautiful and the swimming pond was clean and inviting. Communications with the host were seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is a wonderful vacation house on a huge, beautiful property. We got fantastic family pictures around the rustic barns and swimming pond. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The kitchen had plenty of space for our week of groceries in the pantry and the two refrigerators, which isn't alway the case. The host was exceptional, easy to contact and very responsive. We visited in summer so our agenda included hikes (there are many within 30 min), boating on Lake Bomoseen, and a ride up Killington Peak on the K1 gondola. We had a great time!

There were many things that’s were broken- furniture, window units , microwave structure ….. also the dish washer did not open all the way so it made it very hard to load and unload. The main bedroom on the main floor- the door to the room didn’t shut all the way . The rooms without the air conditioners were fairly warm Communication was hot / cold. Dispute these issues we had a good time but thought you might want to address some of these issues

House was exactly what we needed for our large group. Host was great at communicating, house was clean, and property was perfect for the kids to explore and play outside. 10 minutes to the gondola at Killington was a huge plus. We will be back

We had a wonderful week in Vermont with our 4 ‘kids and their families. Everyone agreed that this was the best place we’ve ever stayed pin. Vermont is Beautiful and the house seemed perfect for us. A few of the rooms without air conditioning were a bit hot, but overall everyone had aGreat time! Late night in the hot tub was a special treat for the kids. Our 16 and 14 year old grandsons climbed up Killington one of the first days, and went back with their fathers on another morning VERY early with the hope of seeing the sunrise. Though the clouds interfered, they felt the whole experience was a success . We Love the property, its spaciousness, the game room, the porch, the ease of cooking, the pond etc. watching the World Cup games turned out to be a highlight.. We didn’t have the check in information but I was able to reach Jeremy, who immediately sent me the instructions . Being near the Woodstock farm fresh store was a treat. We learned how to economize when we could…. We hope to be able to return to ridge water next year, Thank you for being a wonderful host Jeremy, answering questions quickly,conveying warmth and a Welcoming Spirit. And we followed your wise recommendation about the delicious pizza and calzones. Have a lovely fall, winter and spring.

We stayed here for our annual ski weekend with a large group and the house accommodated us great! Loved using the jacuzzi, skating on the pond, and sledding in the yard. We’ll remember this spot if we come back to the Killington/Okemo area in the future.

We had a nice stay! Loved the property & area (lots of outdoor activities right near by), and Jeremy was very communicative. The house was spacious, and everyone thought the rooms were clean/beds were comfortable. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend anyone traveling in a larger group to stay here!

Stayed here for 2 nights for a ski trip at Killington! We had a large group and this house was spacious and had a lot of rooms and beds to fit everyone comfortably. We cooked dinner one of the nights we stayed and the kitchen was well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. One thing to note is there aren’t toiletries or towels so make sure to bring your own. The host was very responsive and nice and provided all the info we needed for the stay!

Thank you for a great stay!

The house was absolutely lovely. My partner and I had our mirco wedding here and it was the perfect spot for it. Our friends and family enjoyed the game barn, pond and hot tub.

Much Needed Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was big enough for us all to be together but also had lots of rooms for private time. The property is magnificent with lots to explore. We loved the jacuzzi and the outdoor swings.

Awesome stay!

We had the best time staying here! The location was perfect and close to Woodstock and Killington! The skiers had great conditions thanks to a snow storm, and the non-skiers had fun snow tubing in Killington and going to lunch. There were 18 of us who stayed at the house and we had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Family vacation

Our large extended family, all 25 of us, fit into the house well. The owner responded quickly ro any issues that arose during our stay.
